Then my mentor opened my ads and my sales page and said, “Your ads are working. Your sales page is converting. What are you selling on the back end?”

I stopped changing the front of my funnel. I started tweaking the back. I went from paying bills with my savings to consistent $20K cash months.

Now I’m preparing a talk for FEMPIRE Summit, and that’s the one thing I wish every woman in business knew right now.

As I get ready to speak, I’m feeling a little sick thinking about being on stage in front of 250 humans and so excited for this.

On November 7 + 8 in Denver, I’ll be on stage sharing everything I know about making sales while you sleep. We’re going deep on:

🍽️ Why every offer is a full meal, not a cliffhanger
🌊 The river from your Instagram to your dream clients
✏️ The four things to test on your sales page, in order

Whether you’re just starting out or scaling, you’ll leave knowing exactly what to change first.

I’ll be speaking alongside leaders from lots of industries, and every speaker has a perspective worth hearing.

Grab your ticket for FEMPIRE, the business summit for wild women entrepreneurs building differently.

What if there was never a gap in the first place? There's no barrier between you and what you want just a new decision.

What if the life you are trying to build is not something you are working toward but something you are simply selecting? The only thing standing between you and it is the 3D catching up to what you have already decided is yours.

Chrisitne Michelle got on the FEMPIRE stage with 44 years of manifestation practice, an impressive career between Coca-Cola, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, and consulting for Deloitte, followed by many years as a business owner helping leaders manifest millions.

Her words are coded with a frequency that collapses timelines, "when I decide it is done it is done. The gap was never real."

This is what happens when you get in a room full of women who are not waiting for permission or proof or the perfect moment. FEMPIRE is a room of women who have already decided and are just watching the 3D catch up.

Are you one of those women? Join us for the next FEMPIRE on November 7 + 8 and let's collapse the gap together. by @fempire_summit

@the.alejandra.perez is speaking at FEMPIRE, November 7+8 in Denver!💃❤️‍🔥

In 2014, Alejandra Perez arrived in the U.S. from Venezuela with two suitcases and no safety net. A chemical engineer by training, she served clients like MIT and power plants before transitioning into sales and later becoming an award-winning entrepreneur.

At one point, she had just $10 to her name, but she trusted her engineer’s instinct to figure things out. She realized that what opened doors for her wasn’t strategy or talent, but her energy, her enthusiasm, and her attitude.

Today, she’s known as The Energy Engineer because she helps high achievers build the energy, grit, and stamina to show up confidently and consistently, even through life’s challenges. She has coached hundreds of clients to build daily rituals to sustain energy, regulate emotions, and think clearly in high-stakes moments.

Alejandra lives in SoCal with her husband, son, and dog. She loves dancing, working out, and lattes.

This queen was born to hold a mic, and we can't wait to hear her wisdom on the Reinvention Panel!

Stopped doing all of these, and I’m still the breadwinner in my house.

So many women come to me thinking a higher income (or a retired husband) was the dream. Then a year later they’re barely touching each other, they both resent each other, and he’s liking half-naked women’s posts on Instagram.

Men need to feel like MEN. They need to feel like the provider and the protector.

If you’re the 100% breadwinner and he’s 100% financially dependent on you, it can threaten his manhood. Men aren’t handed masculinity the way we’re handed femininity... They have to EARN it.

For centuries, one of the biggest ways men have proven their masculinity is by providing.

When he’s not bringing anything to the table, he starts feeling purposeless, and that’s when he gets passive, pulls away, or goes looking for validation somewhere else (hello, Instagram likes 🙃).

And you make the money, so you make all the decisions, right??? NO

You’ve convinced yourself you don’t NEED him, and you’re carrying all the weight, financially AND emotionally.

BUT then you wonder why you don’t feel desired anymore.

I’m the breadwinner, and my husband still leads us. Being the breadwinner doesn’t mean you have to be the man.

On November 7th and 8th, I’m speaking at @fempire_summit Summit in Denver about what it costs a woman when you're operating like a man, and how to be FEMININE as the breadwinner so you can feel rich AND ravished. 🍓

There’ll be 250+ women in that room who are building big things and are done feeling like they have to choose between love and success.

The leadership tool women were taught to hide.

Most of the women I work with are brilliant leaders. And most of them are running on empty.

They were taught to lead from the neck up. To ask “what’s expected?” before “what do I want?”

But desire is not a distraction from leadership. It is information. It is the body’s first yes and first no. It is the aliveness people actually follow.

I’m bringing this conversation to FEMPIRE in Denver on [November 7th and 8th]: Desire as Leadership. Why desire, embodiment and the erotic are the most overlooked leadership tools women have, and how to start using them.

There will be a live practice. Come ready to feel something.

Save this, share it with a woman who leads, and grab your ticket at the link in bio.

I hope there is something here for you.

Your ambition is your superpower- you need to be in environments that nurture it, not one that asks it to be smaller.

Get in the room, your FEMPIRE is ready for you to build it🐅💥 by @fempire_summit

"FEMPIRE opened doors I was not even sure existed." cue the happy tears 🥲

We keep hearing that over and over again from women who came in thinking they were just attending an event and left realizing they had walked through something they can't even fully explain yet.

And we get it because we can't explain it either!!

Walking into an event made by and for the type of women who are committed to doing things differently and going as big as possible just hits differently. Things happen and shift and expand in ways none of us can plan for.

The energy is different. The conversations are deeper. The friendships last FOREVER!

Feminine business is about claiming that you are a vessel of creation. You can build whatever and however you want and there are no rules or limits that can stop you.
