pinch us moment🥹🥹🥹.
.
we were featured in mastercards trend report for 2026😭. this is a real wtf moment for us like who are we!?!? but the trend of communal coping is literally @femrageco that’s what we created this business and our rage paint sessions for, for a bunch of women to get together, be silly, chaotic & release❤️‍🔥.

WE ❤️‍🔥 FEM RAGE SUMMER.
.
we hosted our last summer event of 2026 yesterday and it was sooooo lovely, the weather stayed sunny, everyone felt ready to rage and all the best magical things that make fem rage what it is felt like they were happening😭😭.
.
plus we had some gorgeous small biz girlies join us both to sell their goods and also have a scream with us which was delightful, check them out!!⭐️

we are so grateful to everyone that has joined us this year at a rage session whether it’s something right up your street or something you didn’t know you needed, we have loved the energy fem rage brings and how many of us needed a good old scream🥹🤭.

can’t wait to scream about what we are gonna do next❤️‍🔥 taken in Bromham, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom by @femrageco

I meannnnn I guess we can go throw paint and scream if you want?🤭🤭.
.
speaking of weird have you ever danced in the dark, in a pink poncho, surrounded by women and screamed your heart out❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥?
.
we are two girls that love hobbies but we are all trying to make everything a little too optimised, a little too aesthetic especially when we are making plans with the girls, deffo just gotta start doing more weird shit with each other (cough fem rage)🫶🏻. taken in United Kingdom by @femrageco

kinda chic to have your feelings validated tbh❤️‍🔥.
.
couldn’t resist doing this trend as everything at fem rage in the moment feels the exact opposite of chic hahaha it’s chaotic and loud and vulnerable but how f*cking chic is that?

you aren’t sad, YOU’RE ANGRY❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥.
.
and we know something about letting out your rage but in a silly chaotic way that feels so good once you let out that first scream🤭🤭 we are so used to being told to be quieter, blend in better, hide anger that sometimes being given permission to just do it feels a little strange but once that first yell comes out, it all comes out😭.
.
all weekends should be spent like this tbh, our next rage session is on 30th August!! link in bio to book a ticket🔗. taken in Bedford, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom by @femrageco
