Tem como uma modelo ser terapeuta?

Minha jornada começou há cerca de dez anos…
no meio de erros, questionamentos profundos e um mergulho solitário.

Cheguei pela astrologia,
num momento em que muitos questionamentos surgiam —
e eu nem sabia por onde começar.

Foi uma trajetória solitária.
Não tinha com quem compartilhar,
ninguém por perto que estivesse passando pelo mesmo despertar que eu.

E foi aí que — por obra do acaso, ou não —
acabei em um curso de ThetaHealing.
Ali, a primeira grande casca da cebola caiu…
e muitas outras vieram depois.

Vieram as reformas internas,
as outras camadas acessadas,
as mudanças de estilo de vida, de hábitos,
tantos padrões que deixei de carregar.

Mas em 2023…
quando eu achava que já tinha me ressignificado muito,
a vida sussurrou:
“Você não sabe nada.”

Entrei numa formação profunda de cura energética.
Tem sido dois anos de faxina da alma.
Nada confortável. Nada fácil.
Mas absolutamente necessário.

Vieram o Reiki, o Magnified Healing, o Ho‘oponopono, a astrologia védica…
E, com cada certificado, uma certeza se firmava:
o caminho da cura é o caminho da minha alma.

E a Fernanda modelo?

Por um tempo, achei que precisava deixá-la pra trás.
Quase joguei tudo pro alto.

Até entender:
uma parte minha não anula a outra.
Elas coexistem.
Se complementam.
Se nutrem.
Se potencializam e se iluminam.

Porque a beleza — a verdadeira —
começa de dentro pra fora.
Quanto mais a gente limpa os nossos porões,
mais o brilho se revela.

E sim…
é fácil meditar no silêncio.
É fácil sentir paz na natureza, numa praia deserta,
levar cura onde o clima de relaxamento já paira no ar.

Difícil mesmo é manter o centro no caos.
É levar luz onde ela ainda não chegou.

Porque, enquanto a alma sonha com o paraíso…

RETURN TO THE ESSENCE OF REIKI ✨
Remember • Deepen • Reconnect

A conscious return to a practice that already lives within you.

You don’t need to start over.
You simply need to reconnect.

This experience was created for Reiki practitioners who feel called to return to their practice, revisit the foundations, strengthen what they already know, and renew their connection with Reiki energy.

More than a review, this is an opportunity to deepen your understanding, bring more clarity and confidence into your practice, and reconnect with the essence of Reiki in a more present and intentional way.

At the end of the class, we will also share a re-attunement with the symbols that already live within us✨

The course will be held fully online and live, with approximately 4 hours of class, including a short break. The classes will also be recorded, so you can revisit the content whenever you wish.

We will also have a WhatsApp group for questions before the course and for anything that may arise afterward as you bring the teachings back into your practice.

And for those joining us live, the journey will continue beyond the class. 🤍

For 27 consecutive days, we will walk together in support of a morning self-Reiki practice — helping the practice become natural, present, and fluid once again.

This 27-day support is a gift offered exclusively to those participating live, as we will begin together the morning after the class.

✨ When?
The classes will take place on October 9th and October 11th, with two different dates lovingly chosen to accommodate different schedules and availability.

This experience is intended exclusively for already certified Reiki practitioners.

A space to remember, feel, deepen, and strengthen the Reiki that already lives within you.

Reiki Initiation in New York ✨

This was our very first class in English — and we found out just 12h before! Were we nervous? A little bit😅
But when we place ourselves in service, this energy knows no boundaries. It moves at such a high frequency that it transcends time, space, and even language.

Our days were filled with so much nourishment: 5am mantras, followed by yoga, movement healing, energy healing classes, and coffee breaks to catch up with the girls — our sangha ❤️

💡 A little reminder: the more empty space we leave in our days, the more room the mind has to create limiting stories. The more quality and intention we bring into our time, the quieter those stories become — and the more prepared we are for what truly needs to be done.

August 15th was also Dr. Mikao Usui’s birthday, the founder of the Reiki system. What an honor to initiate new Reiki practitioners on such a meaningful day.

♌️ Like a true Leo, Dr. Mikao Usui left behind a legacy that continues to cross centuries, cultures, countries and generations, with Reiki now practiced around the world as a path of self-healing and inner connection.

💡 Another reminder: our actions are perhaps the purest expression of the respect and gratitude we feel for our teachers. Words can sometimes fall short or become repetitive, but the way we carry forward and transmit what we have received is what truly honors the teaching.

Facilitating an initiation is always challenging, but it is also incredibly beautiful to feel and witness the support that meets us when we genuinely place ourselves in service.

💡 It takes strength to hold what needs to be transmitted.
It takes softness so that hearts can feel safe, held and nourished.
It takes presence so that consciousness can remain at the center.
And it takes surrender, so the process can unfold exactly as it needs to✨

Se me falassem, a uns bons anos atrás, que eu estaria acordando às 3:45 da manhã para ir ao templo, provavelmente eu responderia: “Darling, I won’t even be sleeping at this time.” 😂 E graças a Deus as coisas mudam.

Quando entramos em contato direto com o Amor Divino e com tudo o que Ele nos traz, começamos a atravessar as barreiras do quando, do como e do onde. Todo lugar se torna um convite para aprofundarmos ainda mais esse relacionamento direto com Ele. Cada momento vira uma oportunidade de servir, se conectar, honrar e celebrar Sua presença.

Ter ido ao templo Hare Krishna da ISKCON, no Brooklyn, com a minha família de alma foi especial demais. Foi um relembrar… como se todos nós já tivéssemos vivido aquele momento juntos em algum outro tempo e espaço.

E, para finalizar, ainda fui presenteada com uma prasāda: uma flor que havia sido oferecida a Deus e que depois retornou a mim santificada 🌸
Uma lembrança de que : o que oferecemos com amor retorna transformado para nós, carregando algo do Divino 🤍🙏🏼 ✨

✨ Reiki Attunement in New York | August 14–16, 2026 ✨

There are moments in life when all we need is to slow down, reconnect, and remember who we truly are.

This August, we’re inviting you to join us for a three-day Reiki immersion in the heart of Brooklyn, New York.

Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of Energy Healing through a unique Reiki lineage that integrates Usui Reiki, Tibetan Reiki, Kahuna Reiki, all with the informed energy field of Energy Healing.

Each initiation includes 8 hours of study and hands-on practice, along with a manual and certificate. Done it in both languages Portuguese and English 🇧🇷 🇺🇸

✨ With Levels 1 & 2, you’ll be able to practice Reiki on yourself, others, and animals—both in person and at a distance.

✨ Level 3A marks the beginning of the Master journey, deepening your path as a healer and planetary server, learning to transmit healing energy to the Earth and collective groups during meaningful moments.

And there’s even more…

Each morning, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in practices designed to bring you back to your center, including yoga, pranayama, mantras, and the Energy Healing: Image Distortion Immersion, led by our teachers and masters Noemi and Alan Badiali.

Starting the week feeling very grateful for this beautiful life and everything that surrounds me✨
