Sometimes you embrace the discomfort. You get the call to go, unplanned, not fully prepared knowing you’re going to be tired at the end of the day and most likely the next day. The definition of “Embracing the Suck!” You also know there is the possibility of hooking up with a big fish or in this case several. Speckled Trout have that kind of spell over me. 2 hours sleep, wade all day, long drive home. I’ll regret it and my body lets me know the next morning ,but would regret not going even more. We only have so many sunrises, sunsets, and hook sets in our short journey on earth. Make them count. Thanks for the phone call Chris and big thanks to @capt.ryanaguirre for putting us on the X. What started out as a calm day on the water was quickly flipped around when I saw this fish fly out of the water. Each jump my heart sank knowing nobody would belive me if I lost this fish. From each jump to him swimming into the net was a total blast! Emotions were high but here we are MY FIRST TARPON! Glory to God for another amazing fishing adventure❤️ by @feralconcepts
