Three weeks off my nutrition plan. Mentally, I was not in best place!

Then I remembered why I was racing.

For mental health. ❤️ Thanks to my amazing friends, we raised $500+ for the cause. It really changed my perspective. Hoping our donations can make the same kind of difference for others.

Race day became my victory lap. Smiled, danced... and finally broke sub-90!! I am on a new level !!

Six months ago, I started my #hyrox journey. Today I’m 17 minutes faster than my first race.

Huge thanks to @sub60.coorparoo best Hyrox gym in Brissy, @littlefrankscoaching for keeping me strong all the time and planning my nutrition , @morton_health teaching me how to run 😅, and @daven4891 for all the support and videos 📸.

Next stop: HYROX İzmir 2026. 💪🏽

Also shoutout to @dr.hydrate for elite hydration , @useprfrm for keeping legs fresh during and post race, and @maplemovement for keeping me fuelled!

It was lazy Sunday, sore body, but then I thought 'easier to train and run than explain to @littlefrankscoaching why I'm skipping the training days' 🙄
Ps. I was not going to run but @anthieuhh s morning long run inspired me to do intervals after leg day 🙄
I heard that compromised run will prep me for the @hyroxanz Brissy taken in Fitness Cartel Virginia by @ferazolfat

A year ago, I weighed 115kg, was unfit, unhappy, and couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds. Over the past 12 months, I worked hard, changed my lifestyle, and built a routine. Just three months ago, I bought my first pair of running shoes—and since then, I’ve completed my first-ever 5km and 10km runs, smashing goals I once thought were impossible.
Hyrox Melbourne was just the beginning. I’m smiling in these photos not because I was the fastest, but because I showed up, pushed myself, and finished. Now it’s on to Hyrox Brisbane—to beat my own time. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @ferazolfat

Six (as you can count from my beautiful wife’s six pack 🫣) years of marriage!
Endlessly grateful for a wife&best friend who supports me, challenges me to grow, and walks with me through every high and low. So much love, so much laughter. Life is simply better with you by my side. by @ferazolfat

Today, an angel quietly spread his wings and flew to heaven.
Fluffy walked the roads of Australia with us; he touched every moment with his warmth, the joy of our home and the soft voice of our hearts.
He was always Stormi’s closest friend and a piece of our soul.
We will never forget you, my boy. by @ferazolfat
