Had a fun time getting my swoll on with Jerod last weekend. ‘‘Twas a moist one out there but got the Dub.
Jerod had a super fun time as you can see in his picture. Meanwhile I wanted to murder the Rower as you can see in the last picture. Until next time Wodstock! taken in CrossFit Wendell by @fergieman19

Last weekend me and my brothers got to do something we’d been talking about for probably over 10+ years. Could only get tickets to the Germany Game so that’s where we went. Big thanks to Nathan for handling the tickets and airfare so we were able to go! Once in a lifetime opportunity and super fun to get to see how other countries view soccer. Until next time! @kickin4him89 @aaronzai taken in NRG Stadium by @fergieman19

We are just 2 Months away from our 5th Annual JJ’s Journey race! And this year we need your help more than ever. While we always appreciate the support by running the race, we need volunteers and sponsors just as badly! This year with our 5 mile route being added, we are looking for course monitors, water station keepers and kids run color throwers. We hope to get all the help and runners we can. Feel free to DM me or click the link attached. https://runsignup.com/Race/NC/Wendell/JJsJourneyforaCause @bearded_bee_brewing @beardedbeerunclub @oakcitybrewing @pyrcwendell @beerrunatoakcitybrewing taken in Wendell Falls by Newland by @fergieman19

Decided to take the @raybanmeta for a spin on the Cooper River Bridge run. Always a good time in Charleston with way too many people! Felt good running the fastest I’ve gone in a while but still work left to do. #runningfrombeingfat #RUN4JJ @alteregorunning #alteregoambassador2026 #raybanmetaglasses #cooperriverbridgerun taken in Cooper River Bridge Run by @fergieman19

After a year Hiatus from any long running or competing I finally got back out there to do a half marathon. While it’s nowhere close to where I used to be, feels good to have a little bit of confidence in my legs again. The comeback starts NOW. #runningfrombeingfat #RUN4JJ @alteregorunning #ambassador taken in Live Oak Bank Pavilion by @fergieman19

Meniscus Surgery went smooth today. No need for a full repair so about six weeks recover and I’m back on the horse. Gonna hit this recovery hard with @beyondmovementphysio and come back even stronger in 2025. I will always continue to #RUN4JJ. #runningfrombeingfat @alteregorunning thanks to @marybrittferguson for taking care of me while I’m needy… by @fergieman19

Well yesterday was the day I’ve been working towards for what seems like forever and it was everything I could’ve asked for. Awesome environment with a lot of awesome like minded people, always fun to be out there grinding through hard things with all different kinds of people. Surprised myself with the swim time, kept it steady on the bike, and gave what I had left on the run. This run course was also the same place that completely broke me in my marathon earlier this year, so this was a huge mental win to complete that portion with no issues. Super fun to do this with a bunch of coworkers who also enjoy pushing themselves to do hard things. Major shoutout to all the people who showed up to cheer me through it when I needed it the most. Love you peeps. Now to get this meniscus tear repaired and then come back even stronger! @alteregorunning #honeystingerhive #RUN4JJ #runningfrombeingfat taken in Wilmington, North Carolina by @fergieman19

Night before a race is always a little overwhelming but this what is more about keeping it in perspective. A little overwhelming a year ago I decided to start working towards the goal of completing an Ironman 70.3 in Wilmington. With the help of some good friends and coworkers we have navigated all the training and planning of this race. Way more planning than I was prepared for. But here we are the night before the race and I feel ready to complete, not win, just complete a race and add the medal to the collection! Let’s go! #alteregoteamorange @alteregorunning @hoka #ironman70.3 @honeystinger taken in Wilmington, North Carolina by @fergieman19
