@amirali.samiee @mortezarezaeai @ali.mad.dog

Hello,
I’m Farshad, and this video is a small part of our preparation and training for the Syphon World Championship. Unfortunately, our team’s visa request was denied by the Japanese Embassy.

I want to sincerely thank my incredible team, who stood together and gave it their all to achieve something great. You are the best! Although we couldn’t reach our final goal, I’m sure one day we’ll make up for it.

amirali.samiee | mortezarezaeai | ali.mad.dog

A special thanks to all our sponsors who supported us along the way. We gave it everything we had, but it just didn’t come through this time.

Losing by just one point is tough
‏This reminds us that even the smallest details can make all the difference, and every moment on the path to improvement matters.

‏Learn from every cup, experiment, and always trust yourself

When it comes to coffee, the question is always the same:
What matters more
knowledge or equipment?

Simon from ApaxLab, right inside his lab, points to a simple truth
In the coffee industry, no modern tool can replace the knowledge behind every cup
Baristas with average gear but strong understanding still create the best brews

And the story behind the challenges he faced getting his product accepted
is more fascinating than you think.
