When I moved to this country back in 2013, she was the only chef to give me an opportunity to be in a professional kitchen it was in Fino, she give me my first menu, which now is in our kitchen signed for her, with my notes. She took me under her wing an promote me from commis chef to head chef, open a Barrafina, move with her and open Sabor, she become one of my mentors!, Now we are back together, she is doing and incredible collaboration with us at The Donovan bar, thank you chef @nieves_barragan1 for everything, you are INCREDIBLE!❤️ by @fermontejodoyle
