Feliz NOVENO aniversario! @atapiamra

Stop shrinking to fit places you’ve outgrown. by @fernandaesponda.g

There are so many reasons to move your body. 🤍

To look good. To feel strong. To be present. To have fun. To connect.

All reasons are valid. Your reason is yours, and you don’t owe anyone an explanation.

Whatever your reason is, find what brings you joy in movement.

Because moving your body is a privilege, not a punishment.

And consistency becomes so much easier when you genuinely love what you do.

Find YOUR reason. Keep moving. ✨ by @fernandaesponda.g

Some collect souvenirs, other collect padel matches.

A few matches somehow became part of every vacay—and I love seeing him this happy.

One of my favorite memories from Sveti Stefan had nothing to do with the view — although, obviously, the view was unreal. 🤍

It was the owner of this little taverna.

He was one of those people who genuinely seemed interested in everyone who walked through his door. He moved from table to table, asking questions, remembering little details, talking about life, laughing with people… not because he had to, but because he actually cared.

By the end of dinner, he told Alex and me that we had to come back next year — and that next time, he wanted us to book a table for three.

Us + a baby.

We laughed, but it was such a sweet little moment. Not political correctness, not thinking about every word he said… he just said it and we loved it. He made us feel completely at home.

And experiences like this are one of the reasons I sometimes struggle with going out for dinner back in America. So much of it can feel incredibly transactional: sit down, order, eat, pay, leave. Efficient, polished, technically “good”… but missing that little bit of soul.

Of course there are exceptions — and those are exactly the places I return to again and again.

Because hospitality, to me, isn’t just good food or perfect service. It’s feeling like someone genuinely wants you there. Like they care whether you enjoyed yourself. Like, even for one evening, you weren’t just another table.

Maybe that’s why this little taverna in Montenegro stayed with me. 🤍

And who knows… maybe one year we really will need that table for three. by @fernandaesponda.g

The moon comes and goes and there you are always
Love is easy, my hand is holding yours
How lucky am I to have found you in this blue sea?
You are my rainy day and snowy sky
You are the song in my head
You are the dream I dream each night
Over and over I’ll choose you
So my love, I pray it be true
You belong to me and I belong to you

Me fascinas! Te amo by @fernandaesponda.g

My soul has found yours
And all of the world makes sense because of you
I smile at your smile,
Heaven smiles back and knows it has done right
The sun rises and I wonder about you….

Septiembre. Mes Mundial para la Prevención del Suicidio. 🎗️

Te extraño. by @fernandaesponda.g
