Lymphatic-Drainage massage is POWERFUL. Did you know that the older we get, the less our lymph drains from our faces? Did you know that the more stagnant lymph lays in your face, the more it weighs and pulls at your skin leaving you looking tired, puffy and older?

My Lymphatic Sculpting Facial harnesses the power of not only lymphatic massage, but also vacuum assist and also high-frequency argon gas energy. The result is 60 minutes of pure BLISS and a SCULPTED, reset face.

Medical-grade facials can be relaxing while being results driven! by @fernandaheckman

Glass sculpted skin is in for 2025. This powerful combo starts with a lymphatic sculpting facial that exfoliates, infuses, and sharpens the jawline and facial features. It’s then followed by Microneedling enhanced with PDGF and Botox to stimulate collagen production, reduce redness, and create that smooth as glass skin for natural-looking results. @kaitlynbristowe said it best, “this is what an ACTUAL facial should look like.” by @fernandaheckman

Fellow Estis, listen up! Apparently new-school estheticians aren’t being taught how to really wrap things up! My newer estheticians are taught to rely on headbands, which can be annoying and uncomfortable for the client, and can slip off of their heads. Additionally, they don’t cover all the hair to keep a really sanitary area. Allow this old-school Esthetician to show you some old-school tricks. 🖤 I developed this technique myself.

If this is helpful, like ♥️, follow👤, & share 🫶🏻. If there’s anything else you’d like to see, or would like advice on, drop it in the comments below. 👇🏼

Some call it fake. I call it preventative maintenance. Nobody shames a car for new tires, fresh paint, or upgraded parts.
So yes… I do skincare, lasers, Botox, microneedling, SPF, and more.

I’m not fake, I’m aftermarket. 🔧💅

This may ruffle feathers. But this conversation is important. My bottom line: I’m sharing this in order to help the clients and consumers. I don’t want to see anyone waste money. I don’t want to see anyone hurt their skin. I don’t want to see any more clients disheartened when a product with big promises, falls flat on its face, shattering hope. I am not saying that people cannot find great skincare at affordable prices, or in drugstores. What I am saying, is that the term “ medical grade “ is a real and important distinction. Professionals who disagree: we can have professional, courteous, kind conversations.

Poll: do you believe this term is valid?

I have been dreading making this post. My beloved fur-child Romeo passed away this past Saturday. He went peacefully surrounded by myself, my husband and my kids.

If you’ve ever loved a dog the way you love a child or a family member, then you know how brutally painful this is. He was never just a dog to me. I’ve raised him since he was eight weeks old. He was a gentle giant and gave the best cuddles. He was so amazing with my children. And the only naughty thing he ever did was try to sneak up on the couch. He was such a gentleman.

The hole now left in my heart is almost as big as this sweet boy was. He was enormous, even by great Dane breed standards (200 lean lbs!) He turned heads everywhere he went because of his giant size. His heart was even bigger.

I miss him every moment of every day.

Thank you to everyone who’s reached out and supported us. Thank you to everyone who prayed for his well-being. Six years was just not enough time with him. I really and truly believe that we will be reunited with our pets in heaven. 🙏🏼

Romeo, keep Daisy company for us. We’ll be together again someday. I love you forever. Love- Mom 🐾 🌈 🙏🏼 taken in Franklin, Tennessee by @fernandaheckman

Providers- here’s a free tool/share for you.

Clients, read on…

If you’ve ever wondered how you can support your favorite provider (think hair person, aesthetician, injector, etc) without spending any money, these are the four things that genuinely make the biggest difference.

🤍 Refer your friends and family:
Word of mouth is still the most powerful form of trust. When you share your experience with someone you know, it helps new clients feel confident choosing a provider they can trust.

🤍 Leave Yelp and Google reviews:
Online reviews help talented providers stay visible. When someone searches for treatments, those reviews are often the deciding factor that helps them choose where to go.

Buy your skincare/haircare/etc from your provider instead of online merchants:
When you purchase professional products from the person who treats you, you’re supporting the practice that helped you achieve your results. It also ensures you’re getting tailored, specific, authentic products and guidance on how to use them properly.

Follow, like, and share social media content:
Engagement tells the algorithm that the content is helpful and worth showing to more people. A simple follow, like, comment, or share helps more than most people realize.

Small actions from loyal clients are often what allow providers to continue growing and serving their community.

And if you’ve ever done even any of these things for a provider you love… it truly means more than you know.

Providers- feel free to grab and share the second slide for your own business. 🤍 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @fernandaheckman
