#MeetTheArtist

In “Começo” (Beginning), a work presented in the exhibition "A Collection in two stages", in gallery 2, Fernão Cruz transforms a clock, an everyday object, into a reflection on the intimate experience of time.

The gradual transformation of the bronze surface evokes the continuous passage of time, while the stillness of the hands suggests an inner temporality shaped by the artist’s personal experience.
