Pepa is out here with paranormal hair activities. 👻

You ever get a canvas that looks crazy but then you’re like “you know what I’m gonna fix this”? 🎨

Started off extracting as much color as possible with Malibu CPR, then foiled all the color underneath, processed until we got to a level 6 or 7, pretoned with a violet semi, and then applied Joico Sapphire Blue + Indigo. One blow dry and style later and voila. ✨
