One year ago I directed my first short film and I’m excited to finally be able to share my film ‘Cafecito’ on here with yall. This film deals with the troubles of imposter syndrome and the emotional grounding that our family can provide in times of uncertainty. Enjoy :)

Had the pleasure of joining Chef Jimmy Reyes of @lena.los.angeles this past weekend for dinner at his casita in Boyle Heights.

The warmth this meal brought to my heart came from much more than the wood fire it was prepared over. It came from reconnecting with the Salvadoran ingredients that have been part of my life since birth. Watching Chef Reyes bring his own thoughtful culinary twist to these familiar delicacies was truly special. The surprise pupusa course was the perfect addition to an already amazing dinner!!

Thank you Jimmy for allowing me to document such a beautiful evening surrounded by lovers of the craft and members of the community on film. Hasta la proxima~ 🫓🎞️

Buenos Dias mi gente! In lieu of #GivingTuesday and the @couragecamps Deep Sea Prom happening this Saturday. We decided to officially release our Documentary ‘Creando Olas’ to the public (LINK IN BIO). As we share more and more about what Los Courage Camps does and the stories behind it we want to emphasize on the power of our community and how important it is to support and show up for one another. This Saturday Dec 6th @couragecamps is hosting its annual Prom which is a night to celebrate and also raise money to continue to give access to Free Surf lessons to kids from our LA community. Hope to see you there 🏄‍♂️
