Over the weekend I received my advance copies of “Who Loves Blueberries?” in the mail. I can’t believe I’m actually holding it in my hands! It turned out beautifully ❤️ Thank you @rebecca.rule for your lovely words and thank you to @islandportpress & @puddlereader for the opportunity to help bring Rebecca’s words to life. More posts in the future of what’s inside but for now enjoy the shiny blueberries on the cover! Release date is June 30th but you can pre-order the book through IslandPort Press. by @fernspikeart

My one and only submission for #inktober2026 has no ink involved in their creation. #minature was a prompt and I made two miniature terrariums from gumball machine containers. I loved making them and I might make a diorama to go with them! 🪴 by @fernspikeart

Here I am @bethelparkpubliclibrary during preschool story time reading “Who Loves Blueberries?”. It was inspiring to see the kids interact with the story and get so excited about blueberries! 🫐 I was also interviewed on BPTV (their public access channel) for “Illustrator Spotlight”. It was so much fun! You can watch my interview on the BPTV YouTube channel 📺 Thank you to Elaine and Nicole at Bethel Park Library for welcoming me into their community. by @fernspikeart

What I would give to have a boombox with a tape deck that could record. I would make mixed tapes for everyone ❤️ by @fernspikeart
