DON’T H8… DON’T BE TARDY. 😂🏳️‍🌈 photo by @adambouska & @jeffparshley

A little throwback to my NOH8 days, when apparently duct tape was an accessory and breathing through your mouth was part of the glamour. 😂

Tomorrow night we’re taking the same message to 1-800-LUCKY:

NO H8. NO DRAMA. AND NO BEING TARDY FOR THE PARTY. 💋🪩

I’m on starting at 9PM, and YES, I’ll be playing my remix of “Don’t Be Tardy For The Party.” 🔥

Once? Twice? Depends how tardy you are. 😏

⏰ 9PM

Don’t hate. Participate. And for the love of disco, BE ON TIME. 😂

September 11. A day I will never forget.

I woke up in the middle of the night and, for reasons I still can’t fully explain, changed my flight from Miami to Los Angeles.

Hours later, the world changed forever.

I’ll never forget where I was, what I felt, or the disbelief of watching that morning unfold. So many innocent lives were lost, so many families were changed forever, and all these years later, the weight of that day remains.

Today I’m remembering the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families who never got to say goodbye, and everyone whose life was forever divided into before and after September 11.

I’ve thought about that night many times over the years. Why did I wake up? Why did I feel the need to change that flight right then? I’ll probably never have an answer.

But September 11 taught me something I’ve carried with me ever since: life can change in a single moment. Tell people you love them. Don’t wait to make the phone call. Don’t take tomorrow for granted.

I changed a flight in the middle of the night. By morning, the world had changed.

I will never forget. 🇺🇸

There are some artists who become bigger than the music they make. Dolly Parton is one of them.

A songwriter, a trailblazer, a businesswoman, a philanthropist, and a woman who somehow managed to conquer this industry without ever losing her humor, her kindness, or herself.

As a woman who has spent my life in the music business, I have so much respect for the road Dolly paved. She showed generations of women that you could be strong and vulnerable, glamorous and incredibly smart, ambitious and generous, all at the same time.

Her songs will live forever, but so will the way she made people feel.

Thank you, @dollyparton, for the music, the laughter, the courage, and for reminding us that being completely yourself might just be the greatest success of all.

Rest peacefully, Dolly. 🤍
