My favorite stills from the opening sequence of the TV3 show “Tria una Carta.” It’s been an interesting challenge to be responsible for the visual and technical direction of the show. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

We had to film the whole project in just one day. Achieving the desired aesthetic with limited time and resources required careful research into cameras, lenses, and formats to select the most efficient equipment. Additionally, working closely with VFX was key to creating a seamless fusion between reality and visual effects.

My latest project as a DOP with @playstationes featuring @elrubiuswtf.

I wanted to get away from the usual YouTuber aesthetic. I chose to work with anamorphic lenses, green tones, adding grain and breaking sharpness to merge reality and visual effects.

I had limited control over the light sources in the temple. I used it to my advantage and enhanced the monochromatism of the interior, looking for a monochromatic complementary color on the outside to differentiate both areas in a harmonious way.

A shortened edit and lighting breakdown of this scene from Rabia Season 6 on Atresplayer.

I love how simple it is and how well it works! We had to light the set in 1h while shooting in another place. I had to make something I knew would work fast. That I would arrive to the set and only have to adjust minor details. by @ferranmiret_dop
