A very friendly club that has recently embarked on a new journey of League Cricket. We are also playing in the mid-week Sussex Slam T20 Tournament

Huge thanks to Ferring men-in-sheds Charity for stepping in and fixing our pavilion verandah!

Their work keeps village sport going for adults and kids alike. Without them, we would have spent money that belongs in developing young players and teaching team spirit.

Men in Sheds are brilliant — supporting men’s mental health, tackling loneliness, and delivering real help to local clubs like ours.

We’re so grateful. Thank you! 🙏 by @ferring_cricket

Ferring Falcons picked up a good win against Rustington Royals this evening in our first game of the slam, winning by 3 runs in a closely fought T20 match 🏏

Batting first, Ferring posted 170 all out from their 20 overs. Harry Lewis top scored with an excellent 55 from 36 balls, including 9 fours and 2 sixes. James Chandler added a quick 30* from 16 balls, while Thomas Watkiss retired unbeaten on 30 to help keep the runs flowing.

In reply, Rustington finished on 167/5 from their 20 overs, just short of the target.

The standout performance with the ball came from Ollie Gower, who produced a superb spell of 3-21 from his 3 overs to help swing the game in Ferring’s favour

A solid team performance all round from everyone and a great start for the Falcons.

Lost: White Sock & Grey Rabbit with Comfort Blanket

A babies white sock and a grey stuffed rabbit (with its comfort blanket/blankie attached) were found dropped outside 35 Ferringham Lane at around 4:20pm today.

This looks like a child’s treasured comfort toy, so it’s probably very important to its owner!

If this belongs to your little one, please message us so we can return it safely. by @ferring_cricket

Congratulations to Alfie Pyle (pictured on the left) on an outstanding performance and helping secure England’s historic 4-1 IT20 series victory over India! 🇬🇧🏆🇮🇳

This was the England Men’s Mixed Disability team’s first-ever overseas tour and they made it unforgettable by clinching the series in style.
Many of you will remember Alfie joining us at Ferring Cricket Club for that inspiring indoor nets session just before the tour. His dedication and talent left a real impression on everyone, especially our young players, who look up to him as a role model.

Huge well done, Alfie we’re all incredibly proud of you! 👏🔥
