Looks like it’s my third year in a row where I just post a Reel of the entire year and that’s it. Grateful for nature and being stranded in paradise. ✨🌊🌲🌸🌞

Goodbye 2025! Happy New Year to you all!👋🏼 Maybe I’ll post more next year? by @ferrostudios

Looks like I didn’t post all year, so I jammed some photos into this reel! Happy New Year! 🎆

The year went fast but I saw the Aurora 3 times, so that’s pretty amazing. 😎🤩🤙 by @ferrostudios

Another summer appreciation post/reflection.

Took this on a #fogust morning boat ride. The sun was out for the first bit and then we boated into thick fog where we couldn’t see anything around us. After a few minutes we emerged out of the fog into views like this and it took my breath away.

This place always does that. ✨💙

I’m working on updating my shop with new prints, so you think this one should make the cut? Let me know! ⬇️

The seasons are changing over and I’m not quite ready! I will miss the warm-scorching summer days, but I’m also ready for apple cider, pumpkins, moody walks in the forest and wearing big ass cozy sweaters. 🍎 🎃 🌲 🧶

I’ve got some new paths and projects I’d like to explore over the fall/winter. Are you plotting anything exciting or are you ready to hibernate?

Not quite ready for summer beach life to end. It’s been real nice to spend time soaking up the sun, sand, fresh air, watering holes and stunning views everywhere we look. 🏞

An ode to peaches as summer ends. 🍑 Yes, the song is necessary for this post.

I have loved them as long as I can remember and now they also make me sad. One day I’ll explain, but for now we’ll enjoy celebrating all the delicious things we did with #peaches this year:

🍑 Ate them fresh
🍑 Made fruit salads
🍑 Fried up some fritters
🍑 Stewed them for syrup
🍑 Stewed some for apple sauce
🍑 Made a lot of jam
🍑 Baked a couple crisps/cobblers
🍑 Baked a peach Dutch pancake
🍑 Made some salads
🍑 Put some on a salmon fillet with brown sugar
🍑 Put them on toast with PB and cinnamon
🍑 Blended some for a Sorbet
🍑 Froze them for smoothies!
🍑 Canned them to enjoy later!

There is nothing I enjoy more than discovering what’s in between the layers of this incredible place.
