RESET = A call to nature for me. And you just never know what you might find. You might find your heart again. Beating for all the right reasons. Product testing my Salt Bands (a.k.a. buff/headband) and my Sporkini. Running up 4000 footers makes you sweat, and there is nothing better than putting on a dry top for the descent. A fountain of gratitude for all who showed up at Art in the Park this weekend. It was hazy hot and humid and still you showed up to support local creatives. I was blessed to be included in such a diverse group of artists. You showed up with smiles and stories and huge happy hellos. It was a 15 hour day, start to finish, and with the energy I received from you all, it makes days like this so very worth it. And then again, the following day in Scarborough, the support continued. So very grateful. 🧡 I came up to MDI for a little R&R arrived at 6:45 PM and jumped in Echo Lake, where this photo was taken. Made some new friends who jumped in with me. And yesterday while kayaking off of Northeast Harbour I was graced with the presence of a Minky, who breached three times off my bow. Living the good life. Thank you all for making it a good life. Today I’m at the Scarborough farmers market saddled between two of my favorite vendors, Little Bee Thai and Ivy Hill baking. After a 15 hour day yesterday at art in the park which was spectacular, thank you so much for everyone who came out to support, I am in heaven, surrounded by amazing vendors and will be feasting off their yumminess all day. #ScarboroughFarmersMarket by @festivefishme
