We honor one of our sweetest, most favorite Fetch Life Ambassadors, the Queen of love and life, Miss Olive Bean who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and left a giant whole in many hearts. A runner, swimmer, therapy dog, big sister, grand dog, beach comber, floral expert, fashionista, warrior, and so much more.. we loved her as our own and are holding her moms, @olivebeanie @milanconor , siblings, and all that loved her in our hearts. She gave life everything she had and touched so many lives. Rest easy sweet girl, watch over your pack, and run with all the best dogs. 🌈🐕🍀🦄💖

This sweet girl happened upon our Executive Director, @kdthedobe on Monday and made herself quite comfortable for two hours. Multiple phone calls were made to local resources and no one responded. Our local Vet was kind enough to check for a chip and after contacting her "owner" we realized Trixie was rescued, given away to someone else and soon after dumped by a new owner who lived 20 miles away. We were beyond disheartened to know that the system and "owners" failed this adorable Rot, asking us if we wanted her and absolutely indifferent to her plight. We made desperate calls to shelters and rescues to no avail. She stayed the night with our ED, and at 5:30 am we got a call from Florida Rottweiler Ranch Rescue and were tearfully overjoyed to know they were on their way from Gainesville. The owner had abandoned her and then tried in the morning, to no avail, to change her chip info to a rescue. Joe from @rottweiler_rescue arrived and warmed our souls, restored our faith in humans, and instantly got kisses and paw love from Trixie. We felt so good watching them drive off and were so beyond grateful for Joe and all he does for 84 Rots he has at his rescue! We have made a donation to Joe and his amazing organization and thank you for making that possible. Fetch Life Trixie, happiness awaits!!!
