Chained and clawed, carnal and corruptive. I'm slowly fleshing out character concepts for @feuerlust_show. What should I call this one?

I wasn't planning to cut it in vertical so the cropping is often uncomfortable, but tolerable

Documenting while I'm still shredded 😅. Still feels sustainable so far. At about 5-6% body fat. Moods and energy levels are still good. Cravings are manageable. Training is going well and food, though strictly monitored, is still enjoyable.

I'm 7 kg lighter than my usual weight, which means aerial and bodyweight moves are a lot easier too. And partner acro is a bit easier for my base😅. It's a win win!

Many thanks to @manololibertad for this awesome footage! ❤️ This is me with some spinning @ejc26ptuj. The firespace was great, the vibes were amazing, and the company of friends was just overwhelmingly heartwarming. I miss you gorgeous souls. taken in Ptuj by @feuerlust

Flashback to the time I got to perform with @inspyrashows in Spain as a guest artist.

It was such a wonderful show to be part of. I had so many nice memories of this trip! Until next time, @tamaonfire !❤️

There's been some buzz about fire skirts lately because of some incidents. So I have to say it again: only attempt to do fire skirts if you have had proper training and have the support of a capable and knowledgeable team. You need a dedicated safety person and emergency protocols in place in case of problems.

It looks "easy" and is very tempting because of its simplicity and beauty, but it has the potential to be very dangerous if not done well or with proper precautions.

It wouldn't be me, if I wouldn't have tried it directly with fire🔥
It was magnificent ❤️ spinning like a Dervish for a long time and seeing all the fire flying around me. I was smiling for the next hours. Ernest thank you so much for this experience.

It was especially challenging to play continuous angle rolls and the 360Halo as I had to spin sooo fast to make the skirt fly. Small and fast steps and I had to play a bit offcenter to not touch the skirt when it was flying high.

First time trying out the flying skirt and how to move with it :)
It was the last night at ejc, sunset, and Ernest and I were just looking what moves could be cool with the skirt and I totally fall in love spinning fast and making the skirt fly 😍

At the end of a 10 day 182km thru-hike, the first order of business is a hot shower and a bathroom mirror selfie. 😋

So marks the end of a lot of things: my first major hike, my summer season, and my summer cut (let's eat!). Though I think I
will have nightmares from the sounds of hiking poles for months😅
