Hello! I figured it was about time for a little intro on FWCo and myself 🥰 My given name is Cassandra, I'm pushing 40 and I started sewing at 10yrs old! My Dad bought me my first machine because he was a cool AF Dad ❤️ I use my mother's maiden name for the "Wolf" in FWCO. I was born in a small town in Northern Ontario, into a big Wolf pack, and for various reasons, I just never fit into the pack all that well! Hence, the "Fever".

Growing up I was always the "bigger" kid. In hindsight i wasnt all that "big" and as an adult i started to learn why my body was the way it was/is. Generic clothing sizes didn't fit me well as they only went up to a size 10-12. You can imagine how hard trying to find "cool" clothes in a small town- it was impossible! My dad's girlfriend was a really good seamstress, and so was his best friend, so I was surrounded by talented women who made clothes to fit perfectly! After my first punkrock plaid skirt, I was hooked! I made a good friend in high-school who also made her own clothes and she taught me so much! Making jeans/pants was my go-to back then ❤️

My first legit job was at a small sewing shop in a town further north than my hometown, and through that job, I was able to continue learning techniques and all the tools used for creating!

All in all, I've been sewing for nearly 30yrs.....but don't let that fool you- I'm still learning 😉 Outside of playing with fabrics endlessly, I also have 2 big boi mixed breed huskies (Riot and Rec), I love riding motorcycles and wrenching on them too! You'll always see me struggling between sewing, hiking w/ the dogs, or riding my motorcycles! My day job is in brewery production and I've been doing that for 10yrs #ashtonbrew

I'm still figuring out how I want to present FWCo to the world and keep it as a passion hobby, not a job. I love creating and seeing someone's face when they get something that fits perfectly! I loveeee playing with colours, textures and patterns. My main focus in life and with FWCo is to keep doing the things I love before I'm not physically capable of doing so. Life is too short to not intentionally do shit we love! 💛🧡❤️ by @feverwolfco

Surprise!!!!!! FWCo will be hanging out with @greelygoodmarket this coming Sunday alongside amazing local makers!

Things have come to the ultimate "pause" in my Fever Wolf world due to an unexpected surgery on my injured leg (I feel SO much better, but not quite myself yet!) and *still* being in the midst of a major move/life change. SO, I have nothing new made and haven't touched my sewing machine in months 🥲😳 Even knowing a little pause would happen didn't really prepare me for the extended break it's become! BUT! I still have some inventory, and I'll have it all *ON SALE*, ONLY AT GGM!

All tops & bottoms will be a flat $25! It's quite literally a "steal" as each piece takes a minimum of an hour to make + the cost of quality materials I use. The few dresses I have will stay the same price as they're already heavily discounted.

I was thinking about an upcoming market at the end of the month (July 27th @ Mattawa Mystic Market during Voyager Days)! and it reminded me of these rad photos that my friend Grace @gracieavaloned took of my booth during @greelygoodmarket a few weeks back- I love the warmth of them, they have a bit of a "comfy" feeling even though it's based on a visual. ✨️💛 by @feverwolfco

Just finished up this 2 set order, had to snap a photo in the morning sun ☀️ 😍
I haven't done a white on white set yet, but it was a perfect timing custom order as a lot of ya'll have been asking for neutrals/less flashy color! I'm thinking my next release might be based around a collection of full black & full white offerings......and a stack of scrappy bras in a variety of colors! Seriously, my scrap hoarding is a little out of hand, but slightly intentional ✨️ by @feverwolfco

Moving moving moving!
I'll have access to my workshop until August 1st. After that, I'll take a short hiatus while my tiny home gets built, aka my new studio! I am SO excited and can't wait to create in the sunlight!

My 2nd #greelygoodmarket in the books! Feeling the natural high of how awesome & amazing the GGM has been 🥰 Big thanks to @brookskrystalann for coming out and spending the day helping me out! Sharing the space with a close pal was real nice. Endless thank-yous to all the customers, old and new! Your support & words of encouragement are life giving 💛 I love seeing people get hooked on comfy lounge wear....from folks with double Ds wearing my crop bras rock climbing, to the mom of 3 treating herself with Hemp thongs....ya'll deserve comfy (and nice!) things- Thank you x100!!! Hoping I can jump on an end of season GGM 🤞 Until then, I'll be in the midst of a big move (ottawa to the Valley!) and planning to be at the Mystic Market in Mattawa during voyager days end of July!

He passed away 13yrs ago, and I always spend memorable days doing something that reminds me of him- this year its being set up at GGM and sharing space with a wonderful community! Swipe to read a message from a super happy customer 🥰

I get it, spending $25-30 bucks on a pair of underwear can sound pretty outrageous! It took me a *really* long time to "dive" into sourcing locally, sustainable clothing pieces. But after a wild kitchen accident that left my breasts as Crispy as your Sunday brunch bacon (YA I said THAT!) I had a hard time wearing any clothing that was restrictive, full of tight bands/elastics or made from polyester. So I dove into making underwear out of organic fabrics- OR at least the most sustainable fabrics that lasted longer, kept its form and most importantly-adapted to my ever changing body. I use Bamboo, Hemp, Organic Cotton (often a blend of these fabrics) that all have a stretch of less than 5%. These fabrics are breathable, comfortable, long-lasting, and get softer with wear/time. Investing in locally made sustainable garments means your investing in yourself and in your community all while avoiding the big corporations & fast fashion industry. Win win in my books!

Mega thanks to feedback like this (and all you amazing repeat customers!) I am able to feel like the last 4yrs sitting at the sewing table is becoming more valuable than just sparking joy while color matching- it truly makes me happy seeing YOU happy in your FWCo pieces! 💛🧡❤️

Yesterday's @greelygoodmarket was so awesome! It was my first time at GGM (only my 2nd market with FWCo!) and it was amazing! This communal market space is *so* damn cool, and you can tell A LOT of love went into creating it. Laura (organizer) and her family were all hands on deck, helping ensure the day went smoothly for everyone (even giving Vendors breaks to hit the loo or grab a coffee). The day seemed effortless, even though it takes so much work!

It's become evident that my two favorite things about these spaces are the creators & vendors themselves, along with seeing folks get excited about something I've made! But really, it's the people that make an event like this fun and not work. Thank you to everyone involved💛

I'm looking forward to June 16th for another Sunday in Greely!!! It's probably my last market until fall/winter, but I might do a "stories sale" or something along those lines in July. And I'm always a DM away (sometimes I might be slow to respond, though 🫣) by @feverwolfco

I've been so silly busy lately cuz thats just the deck life handed me BUT I cannot wait to get out to the Greely Good Market and be apart of the beautiful space these rad humans have put together!
