I’ve been dreaming of this moment for the last four years and it’s finally here! What a journey and it’s only just the beginning! Thank you to everyone who has coached me, trained with me and counselled me over the last four years, I couldn’t have done it without you.

• Progressions for a Full in Half Out (821)

This is the method I used when learning a full in half out:

Step 1: Full in crash dive, thinking of driving the heels up and waiting before you twist
Step 2: Full in crash dive pull over to front landing
Step 3: Full in one and three to flat back
Step 4: Repeat the one and three but over rotate so your heels land first. More heel drive into the move.
Step 5: Build your height and put the full in half out together. Complete the full in one and three with an extra barani on the end :)
