We spend so much of our time indoors, surrounded by screens, noise and things that need doing.

Time outside gives us something different. Space to breathe, natural light, changing skies, birdsong, trees moving in the wind.

Nothing demanding your attention, but plenty to notice.

At fforest spa, the landscape is part of the experience. Move between the cedar barrel sauna, cold plunge and wood-fired hot tub, take an outdoor shower, then retreat our tea lodges.

Take the long way back. Sit outside. Look up.

Nothing rushed. Nothing demanding your attention.

Sometimes, a little more outside is all you need. by @fforest_spa

The skies are beginning to change as a new season arrives.

Cooler mornings, shifting light and a little more colour in the landscape.

Take notice. Look up. And make a little time to slow down at fforest spa.
