Strong, stable, mobile. Start with what you already know and build from there.

Don’t limit your mindset! Stability + mobility aren’t just planks and stretches - it’s learning to control your bodyweight, then adding resistance (bands, weights or both). That’s how you build endurance (muscle), control (core strength), improve range of motion (mobility) and sculpt your physique all in one.

Just remember: form first, always. Move within the range you can control now, so you can safely push further over time and prevent injury.

Let’s all try adding one (or a few) of these into our flow this week 👀 and keep an eye out! Fresh workouts + new programs are dropping in the app 📲

Sculpt V1: Block 1: Full Body A
This is one of two full body training days in the first block of the program.

Each superset here starts with a compound lift, followed by a stability movement that targets and complements the muscles responsible for supporting and controlling the main lift. It’s a focused way to reinforce movement patterns and mechanics, build control and support muscle development over time. My training style is rooted in this approach and when I design FFORM programs, I’m always thinking about how to enhance movement quality and train with intention.

This workout and the full Sculpt V1 program are available on the app. 🔗 in bio.

“Must I eat well too???”
Short answer: yes.

But! Not in the restrictive, rule-obsessed way most of us grew up around.

Eating well is about fuelling your body to move, feel and function at your best. It’s about building balanced plates with protein, fibre, colour and yes healthy fats too. NOT cutting everything you enjoy. It’s about consistency over extremes, and learning how food fits into your real life…especially when that life includes spice, culture, and the occasional (or sometimes frequent) rum 😅.

FFORM Nutrition Basics is live on the blog, PLUS a free (yes, freeee) eBook with these basics from a Caribbean perspective. 👏🏽 Expect practical tips, food lists, mindset shifts, and a few gentle reality checks to help you eat with more intention (and less pressure). It’s equal parts education and vibes.

Forget the all-or-nothing resolution nonsense. This isn’t about perfection or waiting for the ‘right time.’ You either start or you don’t. You either commit to change or stay where you are.

The truth is, being in means taking small steps every day—whether it’s moving your body, getting outside for some sun, or saying no to distractions that don’t serve your future self. It’s about choosing gratitude, getting comfortable with discomfort, and realizing there are no rules except the ones you make.

So, what’s it going to be for 2025? Are you in, or are you out?
