Words can't express how wonderful this weekend was 🥰✨ it was such an amazing experience to have my work displayed in an art gallery @footprint_gallery_jackfield and I feel sooo lucky to have been able to work alongside some really fabulous artists. The talent was out of this world and everyone's art was just sooo beautiful and unique and it was by far the best exhibition I've been too 💖

Thank you so much to the incredibly talented fabulous artist @janparkart for giving me the opportunity to join this art programme it was brilliant. It's was also stressful at the same time lol as I honestly didn't know what I was doing or even what art to produce 😅 but it was totally worth it. I might not have found my style yet but I have a theme and I was able to create pieces that I would never had thought of and use the botanical inks i made. This whole experience has given me direction something I've needed and wanted for a really long time 🖌️🎨✨ 💜

This morning I was woken up at exactly 4:44 by a video on YouTube (even though my phone was off) about Angels. Angels have been a huge part of my life since starting my spiritual journey 12 years ago😇✨💜

Of course I'm calling this one '444' as I knew as soon as I was woken up I had to paint but honestly didn't know what or even how it would turn out🖌️🎨 and surprisingly I'm not super knackered despite having 3 hours sleep lol💤😴🥴

When you see 444 it can mean numerous things it's always what it means to you but for me I think my message was a confirmation about something I promised to myself and the Divine the night before ✨💜✨

I'm loving the colours in this painting and the random seraphim esque design and I'm really tempted to cover it with gems but also don't want to spoil it lol😅

This is painted with acrylic on a heart canvas 30cm x 30cm 🎨🖌️

Last few days to see this beautiful art exhibition at @footprint_gallery_jackfield in Ironbridge 🧡 it's on until Sunday 26th July. There is some arty activities for the family and some creative workshops running this weekend with some of the super talented artists

Everyone's art is out of world and there is definitely a lil something for everybody's individual tastes 🖌️🎨🖼️👩🏽‍🎨

It's definitely been an eye opener for me again and I'm actually looking forward to just moving on and seeing where my art and the journey goes 💜🌀✨💖🖌️🎨

New painting reveal 🖌️🎨🫟 and yes it is on a big fuck off mushroom 🍄🍄‍🟫 this is probably one the biggest conks I've ever found and it's proper heavy lol. I also left the moss on it seeing as it's a sort of mossy woodland 🌲🪾🌳

Really loved painting on this mushroom the paint just went on so smoothly 🥰🍄

Had such a beautiful time today doing the smudge wand workshop with some really lovely and fabulous ladies 💐🌿🧚🏽‍♀️ we did a lil foraging around Much Wenlock and the smudge wands they made were honestly super stunning I loved all of them 🥰💐🌿🧚🏽‍♀️🧺✨

Here's my attempt at a watercolour fly agaric 🍄🧚🏼🍄✨ I've always been obsessed with botanical art and I've tried to paint flowers and plants but never have really got the hang of it so I thought I'd have another go but with mushrooms and what better time to 🍄🍄‍🟫🍄🍄‍🟫🍄🧺

I'm still learning watercolours, I really do enjoy using them and with a bit more practice I'm hoping I could get it looking more realistic and yes I know I fucked up the paper lol 😆😅

🌿💚🌿Magical Mugwort 🌿💚🌿

I absolutely love mugwort she's deffo one my faves 💜🌿 There's so many amazing things you can do with mugwort and I adore the smell😍 Mugwort can grow really tall and has so many wonderful benefits like its great for menstruation, PCOS/ pmos, fibroids, sleep, relaxation, divination, lucid dreaming, blood circulation, muscle aches, arthritis, cleansing the lungs and digestion. If you drink a cup after dinner it really helps to settle your belly.
Obviously do your own research and check your good to have it 💚

To make the tincture it's really simple all you do is forage as much or as little as you want, give it a good wash and dry or you can use it fresh, then place in a jar and add some alcohol ideally over 40% abv and make sure all the leave are covered and leave for around 6-8 weeks in a dark cool place 💜🌿💜

Finally mysterious magical mushroom lady let me take a video and photograph her 💚🍄‍🟫🍄💚

So this lady came through on Halloween and I finished painting her on Dia de los muertos and I just knew she was from the spirit world ✨🪽 every time I've tried to take a photo or video she wouldn't let me as her face would look really weird on the photo but luckily she has lately 😅

Mushrooms represent spiritual awakening, divinity and immortality and they act as a powerful bridge between the spiritual realm and the 3D world. A mushrooms life cycle from growing off decaying or dead matter can represent rebirth and renewal 🍄🍄‍🟫 because they grow so rapidly and and mysteriously, mushrooms are often seen as portals to the fairy realm 🧚🏽‍♀️

Mushrooms are mystical and magical, offer healing and a deep connection to nature and the interconnectedness of everything 💜 I think her message was to slow down and really observe the world around us, go back to our roots and connect with the hidden, magical, and nurturing aspects of the earth and I really feel we are all collectively doing so moving forward 🌌🌠🧚🏽‍♀️🍄💜🍄‍🟫

🍄 Maria Sabina 🍄 shaman, healer, poet, mushroom lover... my kinda person 🥰🍄🍄‍🟫✨

She came from the village Huautla de Jiménez in Mexico and she grew up with a family of traditional healers. She first discovered mushies when she was a kid and got powerful downloads for healing. She later on introduced to the world the importance and healing benefits of sacred magic mushrooms which she would call her holy children🍄🌌✨ there's lots of mixed info on the net but her story is very interesting 🩷

One of her poems that I absolutely love is:

Cure yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.
With the sound of the river and the waterfall.
With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.

Heal yourself with mint, with neem and eucalyptus.
Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.

Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.
Put love in tea instead of sugar, and take it looking at the stars.

Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.
Get strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that is born from it.

Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.
Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.

Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember: you are the medicine.

How beautiful ❤️ I painted her a few weeks ago in acrylic paint it was hard to get her exactly right but I love how she's turned out anyway 🖌️🎨🍄🫟

Little cutie lib caps 🍄‍🟫🍄🍄‍🟫 here's my watercolour painting of one 🖌️🎨 lib caps are the reason I got into foraging and it took me a good year to actually find one and some good spots 😅 some of them are so tiny so when foraging its a really nice way to just slow down and take time 🧺🍄‍🟫🍄🧚🏼

The Fly Agaric balms have been finally made 🍄❤️🍄🧚🏽‍♀️✨ It's been a long journey of research and making the balms but a very exciting process 🥰🍄

Fly agaric aka amanita muscaria when made into an oil or balm is really good for things like alleviating pain and inflammation. It contains muscimol and muscarufin properties which can to help reduce swelling and is great for osteoarthritis and arthritis. Fly agaric used topically is also great for blood circulation, nerve pain and sciatica and also acts as a muscle relaxant for tension. The fly agaric balm can also be used to treat skin issues like eczema, psoriasis and can help to heal wounds and bruises ❤️🍄❤️

The fly agaric mushrooms were infused in jojoba oil and I added some pine essential oil and I am currently infusing olive oil and coconut oil so I will make both balms and oils with these soon. I have two available sizes in the balms and I have made both vegan and non vegan:

30ml fly agaric balms - £12

60ml fly agaric balms - £18
