You didn’t ask for too much.
You asked the wrong person.

#Inconsistent #effort will have you questioning your #worth, when really… it’s revealing theirs.

You showed up.
You gave.
You stayed solid.

And they still couldn’t meet you there.

That’s not love.
That’s convenience.

Pay attention.

If they can show up for others but not for you… that’s your answer.

Stop pouring into people who treat you like an option.

Release them.

And don’t you ever dim your light because someone lacked the capacity to value it.

Keep shining anyway. ✨

🔥 The truth will set you free… but it might cost you first.

A lot of people stay silent because they’re afraid of what they might lose if they tell the truth.

But holding onto something that requires you to hide, shrink, or lie… is already a loss.

Truth creates clarity.
Truth gives people the right to choose.
Truth reveals what’s real and what’s not.

And yes… sometimes people will walk away.

But if they do, let them.

Because what’s meant for you will never require you to abandon yourself to keep it.

Your freedom matters.
And so does theirs.

Break the chains.
Heal the cycles. 🌱✨

Why do we ignore what God has already shown us? 🥴

Red flags don’t turn green just because we're emotionally attached 🚩

When someone shows you who they are… believe them the FIRST time. ✅️

Some of us aren’t just in love… we’re in trauma bonds. Repeating cycles we haven’t healed from yet. 🫣

It’s deeper than the relationship. It’s wounds we didn’t know were still open. 🥺

Healing requires truth.
Growth requires separation.
Peace requires boundaries. 🚫

If this hit you… it’s time 🌱
Let’s do the work! 🫡

Sometimes growth requires a full reset. Not just physically, but spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

Detox what no longer serves you. Renew your mind and your habits. Allow yourself the space to be reborn into the version of you that God is growing.

This is what #FertileGround is about… creating the right soil in your life so peace, healing, clarity, and purpose can grow. 🌱

Your next level requires new roots.

🌱 Your mind is #fertile ground.
The #thoughts you #plant #today #grow into the life you experience tomorrow! 🌱 by @fg_coacha

🌱 Welcome to Fertile Ground Coaching

Healing doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you intentionally plant the right seeds in the right environment.

Fertile Ground is a space for growth, clarity, and transformation. It’s where the seeds of your healing are nurtured through self awareness, accountability, and truth.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re broken…
Sometimes the problem is that you’ve been trying to grow in unhealthy soil.

Here, we focus on:
✨ Mental health and emotional wellness
✨ Breaking unhealthy cycles
✨ Building clarity and self awareness
✨ Personal growth and accountability
✨ Creating a life that aligns with your purpose

When the soil is healthy, the roots grow deep.
And when the roots grow deep, your life begins to flourish.

Your breakthrough might begin with planting one honest seed. 🌱
