There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not eternally grateful to be your daughter. Following in your footsteps as a singer is the greatest honor of my life. Some days I just watch videos of your old performances in awe. Today is one of those days.

Thank you for giving me the gift of life, the gift of music, and for introducing me to a world of sounds that continues to inspire everything I do. Thank you for making @sergiomendesmusic my godfather and for showing me, from the very beginning, what extraordinary music and artistry could be.
