Skating.Cruising along a waterfront.Eating fruit.Finding forgotten light.Sharing time and space with a good friend reflecting, learning and laughing.🤲🏽 In the current state of the world, there are so many standards that we have been conditioned to believe were normal. If we see the destructiveness of the systems that created those standards, then we have to also consider how we were made to think that being disconnected from ourselves and each other was the goal of their design of “fun”. What did you enjoy in your youth? As a child what did you run to for fun? Go back to it. Before the weight of the world’s conditioning was heavy upon you. You know what truly makes you happy.
