dylan was my best friend, partner and companion for the last twelve and a half years. he was so sweet, loving and snuggly—always there to show me the unconditional love i didn’t know i needed. i couldn’t be more grateful for all the wonderful memories he gifted me. by @fico

#triggerwarning cringe

these last few months have been so special.

i was always an anxious boy, and stumbling onto the physical practice of yoga 10-ish years ago was kinda live changing. at the time, i did’t understand how an hour of movement on a mat could completely shift my state of being. as i reflect on my 200 hour yoga teacher training, i realize that i’m now maybe a little bit closer to getting it.

thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. i’ve learned so much from every single one of you.

love always
