100 days of handstands made for a really good challenge. Mostly it was a challenge of my time management skills because it’s way harder to find time to warm up and handstand every day than I expected, and I was nowhere near dedicated enough to make it happen every single day. Hot tip, skipping your warmup at 30 will completely fuck your wrists.
