EP 23 Rating Soccer Highlights Until I Find a 10/10

@luke__s.10 has real quality in buildup.
He creates out of the back, picks smart passes, and those long balls can change the game.

Score: 6.8/10

To push closer to a 10 as a CB RB LB, I want to see more of:
Defending moments: tackles, positioning, winning duels
Attacking moments: overlaps, underlaps, diagonal runs
Supporting runs after the pass, staying involved in the play

What would YOU rate this 1–10?

TRAINING OR JUST EXERCISE?

This looks sharp… but I’m not sure what game problem it actually solves.
How does this drill translate to match day?

If you know the exact game scenario it trains, comment it below.
Training should build a habit that shows up under pressure, not just look good on cones.

Comment your position and I’ll tell you what you should be training instead.

Baggio’s warning still matters.

When development is invisible, people default to judging what’s easiest to see:
size, athleticism, goals, wins.

That causes good players to be missed.
It causes parents to lose trust.
It causes clubs to lose retention.

Fidbak helps clubs and coaches show the progress that normally goes unnoticed.

Because what gets measured, improved, and communicated gets valued. by @fidbak.app

EP 22 Rating Soccer Highlights Until I Find a 10/10

@sofia_soccer_9 (RM) 8 y/o, EDP East Coast
Score: 5.5/10

She’s an instinctive player with real 1v1 confidence and a lot of upside.

What keeps it at 5.5 right now is simple
The game isn’t clean enough yet, and that’s normal at 8
So the next step is fundamentals
Cleaner execution at speed
Better support angles
Finding space earlier and using it on purpose

Instinct is the spark. Fundamentals turn it into a weapon.

What would you rate it 1–10
Comment RATE + age + position + level.

EP 21 Rating Soccer Highlights Until I Find a 10 out of 10

joseph_ayalaa (CM CAM) rating: 7.2 out of 10

This kid can finish.
For a midfielder, the goals are impressive. You can tell he’s technical, confident, and he knows how to manipulate defenders.

But to hit the next level as a CM, it’s not just about scoring.
It’s about controlling the game.

What would take Joey closer to a 9 10
1 After the pass, make the next run
2 Sharper weight and intention on passes so teammates keep their advantage
3 More continuity plays that show how he makes the team better with and without the ball

Finishing looks elite.
Now we build the complete midfielder.

What would YOU rate this 1 to 10

Comment RATE with your age, position, and level and I’ll pick the next clip.

5 Things Every Soccer Player Must Know About
EP 01: Scanning

Pro players don’t look around. They scan with a purpose.

1. Support the player on the ball
2. Scan while you move
3. Find your teammates
4. Find the defenders
5. Decide early before you receive

Save this and share it with a teammate that needs it.

EP 20 of Rating Soccer Highlights Until I Find a 10 out of 10

Penelope (U10) has a lot of potential. Clean first touches, fearless moments, and she can solve problems under pressure.

Rating: 5.8 out of 10

Why it’s not higher yet: consistency and finishing awareness.
Sometimes she makes the right decision in the hardest moments, then gives the ball away in lower pressure situations.
In front of goal, the next step is recognizing the keeper’s position and finishing into the open space.

The talent is there. Now it’s about repeatable decision making.

What would you rate this 1–10?
Comment RATE with your age + position + level.

TOO MUCH? 🤔

He beats the first defender and the finish is right there.
But he goes back for the second 1v1 and the play takes longer than it needs to.

At higher levels, the difference is decision speed:
Win the 1v1, then execute the advantage (finish, slip pass, or final ball).

What do you see?

Comment “TOO MUCH” or “LET HIM COOK” 👇
