Next Wednesday we’re opening up the cupping table for something pretty special.We’ve been lucky enough to get our hands on the Geisha Village “When the Forest Blooms” pre-auction samples, and we’d love to share them with our community.This is a rare opportunity to taste the full spectrum of coffees from one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated farms. The “When the Forest Blooms” collection showcases the incredible diversity of Geisha Village, with each lot offering a unique expression of variety, terroir, and processing.Whether you’ve been to dozens of cuppings or you’ve never attended one before, everyone is welcome. Fresh international retail has landed.Back from two of our favourite UK roasters, @taithcoffee and @module.roast , with an absolutely ridiculous lineup of coffees.Returning is producer @argote2015 , whose coffees disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived last time. A Small Price UpdateOver the past 18 months, Fidelity has grown from an idea into a thriving little community. We've shared countless coffees, conversations, and moments together, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.From Wednesday, July 1st, we'll be making a small increase to our coffee prices.As always, alternative milks, decaf, and extra shots will remain free of charge. That's something we've believed in since opening our doors, and it's a value we're proud to continue standing by.This decision hasn't been made lightly. While the headlines may have shifted over the past year, the reality is that the costs of running a small business and sourcing exceptional coffee continue to rise. For Fidelity to keep doing what we do, for many years to come, this change is necessary.At the heart of Fidelity is a commitment to quality, sustainability, and transparency. Every coffee we serve is fully traceable and sourced through supply chains that value the people behind the product. From growers and pickers at origin, to exporters, importers, roasters, and the team serving you each day in the café, we believe everyone deserves to be paid fairly for their work.We're proud to work with coffees and partners that reflect those values, even when it costs more to do so. The retail shelf is looking pretty ridiculous right now.Fresh arrivals from the UK include the return of @taithcoffee from Lewes, our first release from @scenerycoffeeroasters in London, and @pr_cess from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Alongside them, we’ve restocked favourites from @people.possession in Paris.On the shelf you’ll find everything from ultra-clean washed Ethiopians and elegant Colombian lots through to rare varieties, competition coffees, and some of the most exciting producer names in coffee.Alongside the international lineup, we’ve got seven coffees from our own range, including fresh crop Danche from Ethiopia, Peachy Blush, and two coffees from Wilton Benitez.What started as a small shelf of coffees has slowly become a collection of some of our favourite roasters and producers from around the world.Available now in-store and online.Come browse. Danche is back!Many of you will remember that the very first coffee we ever roasted ourselves came from this same group of producers. This year’s crop is tasing even better and we’re incredibly excited to have it back on the shelf.In the cup, expect apricot and Skittles, huge sweetness, and an exceptionally silky mouthfeel. It’s vibrant, juicy, and remarkably clean. The kind of coffee that keeps pulling you back for another sip.What makes this coffee even more special is the process. Honey processing is incredibly rare in Ethiopia, where washed and natural coffees dominate. For this Red Honey lot, cherries are partially depulped after fermentation, leaving much of the sticky fruit mucilage on the seed as it dries. The result is a coffee that combines the clarity Ethiopia is famous for with added sweetness, texture, and depth.Produced in Yirgacheffe, one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions, the high elevations and slow cherry maturation contribute to the complexity and sweetness that make coffees like Danche so memorable.We’re feeling very fortunate to continue this journey of celebrating the same producers year after year.Available now in-store and online.Thank you @utopia_c0ffee for the photos and supplying exceptional Ethiopian coffees. by @fidelity.coffee

An easy community run through some of our favourite cliff-top trails and lookouts in the Blue Mountains.
