Tomorrow, I’m looking forward to learning more about something that truly fascinates me: Oxidative Aging™, a concept AlumierMD is bringing into the conversation about long-term skin health.

From everyday stress and environmental exposure to lifestyle habits, so many factors influence how our skin ages.

As someone passionate about beauty and wellness, I believe the more we understand the science behind our skin, the better we can care for it and guide others to do the same.

For me, it’s never just about looking younger. It’s about aging well, making informed choices, and embracing wellness from the inside out.

We debuted both our first Hyrox Women's Doubles Open and the only thing we kept saying to each other was, "I got you", and we meant it every step of the way. 😊❤️
Super grateful to @resilience_fitness community for all the support, guidance and the kickass hyrox classes that got us this far. And to our coach, you're the best! @braeden_theriault3 annndd we had fun while doing it!

WE DID IT!!! 🥹🤍

Definitely one of those moments where you realize you’re capable of so much more than you think. It was hard, it hurt, and there were definitely moments where I was questioning all my life choices 😂 but we kept going.

Couldn't have done this without Myra who patiently ran my slow pace. I'm proud of us for pushing through and finishing this together. 🫶🏻

Not about being the fastest or the strongest — just showing up, giving everything we had, and not giving up on each other.

Few years ago, Silk Aesthetic started with one treatment chair in a small but meaningful space.

We didn’t have everything figured out. We didn’t have a big team or a perfect roadmap. What we had was a vision, a passion for what we do, and the belief that every client deserves to feel confident, cared for, and supported.

There were late nights, early mornings, challenges behind the scenes, and moments of uncertainty… but every step, every lesson, and every challenge brought us closer to this moment.

What started as a small dream has grown into a beautiful community of clients who trust us, support us, and allow us to be part of their skin and wellness journey.

And now… we’re entering a new chapter. 🤍

We’re creating a bigger, more elevated space to welcome more clients, provide an even better experience, and continue doing what we love at a higher level.

But this isn’t just about a bigger location.

It’s about growth.
It’s about gratitude.
It’s about creating a space where confidence, wellness, and connection continue to grow.
