💜 WE’RE LOOKING FOR MENTORS & VOLUNTEERS! 💜

One caring adult can change the course of a young girl’s life.

Fiercely Changing the Game is seeking passionate mentors and dedicated volunteers who are ready to empower, encourage, and inspire adolescent girls to become confident leaders and positive changemakers.

✨ We’re looking for individuals who can commit approximately 4 hours per month from August through June.

As a mentor, you’ll help girls:
💜 Build confidence and self-esteem
👑 Discover their purpose and leadership potential
📚 Set and achieve personal and academic goals
🤝🏾 Develop healthy relationships and life skills
🌟 Know they are seen, valued, and capable of greatness

Not ready to mentor? We also need volunteers to assist with:
• Monthly workshops and events
• Community service projects
• Special events and fundraisers
• Administrative support
• Program activities and mentorship events

Your time, encouragement, and presence can make a lasting impact.

📅 Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per month (August–June)

She slammed the door. Again.

Nobody told us that giving our kids everything we didn't have could actually rob them of something they need even more.
The struggle taught us. The "no" shaped us. The having to EARN it built something in us that nobody could ever just hand over.
So if you've been giving freely — that's love. That's a good mama. But at some point love also looks like letting them work for it.
Because here's the truth we don't talk about enough —
We said we'd give them what we didn't have.
We never said we'd also take away what made us who we are.
Struggle built our work ethic. Earning things built our pride. Hearing "no" built our resilience.
Sis, the gift isn't just the thing. The gift is the process of getting it. Don't skip that for them.
