Every year, kids in foster care across Montreal get a holiday gift because a bunch of us show up for them. This is a collab with Batshaw Youth & Family Centers, and I'd love for you to be part of it.

Here's how it works:
1. Message @tania_raffaele16 and tell her you're in. She sends you a kid's Santa letter. Want more than one? Take as many as you like.
2. Each letter has a child's first name, their age and three wishes. Pick one, or buy all three. The minimum is $40 per child, and honestly, the Black Friday deals have been amazing for this.
3. Wrap it so it can travel. This gift is going on a road trip, so skip the fragile bows. Everything goes in a gift bag with the letter taped or stapled on. It's the system that works best.
4. Drop it off at one of our drop-off points all over Montreal. You get the list when you register and commit. Letters arrive around November 12, and drop-offs run Nov 25 to Dec 1. Yes, that's early, but your gift goes to Batshaw first, and then the social workers get it to the kids. That's why it needs to travel well.

Want to help but this sounds like too much with everything else going on in December? I get it. You have two other options:
📦 Option B: Buy the gift on Amazon, ship it to one of our Amazon points, and choose Amazon gift wrap at checkout. Done.
💸 Option C: Make a monetary donation and our team does the shopping for you.
To join, message @tania_raffaele16 with your choice (A, B or C) and how many letters you want to take on.

Please only sign up if you know you can follow through, because a kid is counting on that gift.

Swipe through, save this for later, and send it to the friend who always says "I wish I could do something."

This is it. 🎁 by @fiercemamacollective

I spent years trying to take up less space. Smaller body, quieter voice, easier to ignore.

Then I got strong. Lifting heavy things changed how I talked, how I showed up, and what my kids saw me do every day.

Because they're watching how we treat our bodies.
Always

So I wrote Forever Fierce: Why Strong, Not Skinny, Is the Legacy We Leave.

It's for the mom who's tired of starting over every Monday, and who wants her daughters (and sons) to see strength as normal.

You don't need more information. You need a plan, and a reason that's bigger than the scale.

Comment "BOOK" and I'll send you where to grab it.

46 and this is my idea of fun.
Coffee. Sending perimenopause reels to my friends. The gym. Cancelled plans. Bed by 9pm. Judge away...

Your idea of fun changes in your 40s.
Your body changes too. Sleep gets lighter. Hormones shift. Eating less and doing more stops working.

Stop starting over Monday. You don’t need more info. You need a plan built for your life.

Fierce Mama Collective gives you a real coach, a custom plan and a community of moms who get it.
Plans start at $25 CAD a month. Cancel anytime.

Have you been yourself falling headfirst into the Halloween candy bowl?

Here is the truth:
Your body wants quick energy. You want a reward after a long day. Neither of you wants a fifth fun size bar. Even if it's a Coffee Crisp.

Game Plan for today:
Eat something with protein first.
Drink a glass of water.
Wait 10 minutes. Cravings fade fast.

Still want some? Pick three you love. Sit down. And actually enjoy them.

And tomorrow?
Eat breakfast with 25 to 30 g of protein. Drink water. Walk 10 to 20 minutes. Skip the extra cardio.
Skip the skipped meals.
Just get back to 'normal eating'

One day of candy changes nothing.
Consistency beats perfection every time.

Happy Halloween. 🎃

What are your three picks? 👇

You don’t need a perfect Monday. ❌
You don’t need a new year. ❌
You don’t need another motivational quote. ❌
You just need to decide you’re ready, for YOU. 💪
Move. Eat well. Rest when you need it. 🔁
Because fierce doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one day at a time. 👑
So if you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is it. ✨
💬 Drop a 💗 if today’s your day one!

Tag the mom who's "fine." 🎃

Then go lift something heavy and eat some protein. by @fiercemamacollective

Yes, hormones mess with you in your 40s. But they're not why the scale is going up.

Puffy mornings, bad sleep, cravings, brain fog. All real, and all worth fixing, because they make a deficit way harder to hold. But none of them make calories appear out of thin air.

#7 is the one that matters. Eating clean and working out still isn't the same as eating less than your body burns, and clean food has calories too.

Swipe to the last slide for where I'd start: a small, boring deficit, protein at every meal, lifting, walking and better sleep.

You don't need more info, you need a plan that fits your life, so you can stop starting over every Monday.

Send this to a friend who's blaming her hormones, and if that friend is you, message me and we'll find your first step together. by @fiercemamacollective

What if your fitness plan worked around YOUR life? 💪

Some days you’ve got 45 minutes. Some days you’ve got 20. Some days it’s squeezed in between school runs and everything else, and that’s okay. 🙌

The goal isn’t a routine that looks perfect on paper. It’s one that fits real life. ✨
Your workout. Your schedule. Your rules. 💗

Workouts, meal tracking and progress, all in one app with Fierce Mama Collective. 📲

EmpowHer was my first event since Forever Fierce came out, and I’m not going to be humble about it. Women in a room cheering each other on, my book on a table, and my face on a banner way bigger than I was ready for.

I didn’t write Forever Fierce because I had it all figured out. I wrote it because I was tired of women starting over every Monday and thinking strong had to mean skinny. It doesn’t. Strong is the legacy.

You don’t need more info, you need a plan. And it has to fit your life.
