Ali started her Acne Bootcamp journey with us in April, and just four months later, her transformation speaks for itself. 😍 While her acne is now under control, her journey doesn't stop here. We're now shifting our focus to microneedling to help improve post-acne marks, refine skin texture, stimulate collagen production, and continue building healthier, stronger skin. Every phase has a purpose, and we're so proud of how far she's come. ✨ Ready to start your own acne journey? Your nose holds tension you didn’t know existed 👃🏾✨ When the muscles around your nose tighten up, your whole midface can look puffy and heavy. A couple of minutes of gentle massage helps release it. You’ll feel lighter, and you might see the difference in the morning. Try it tonight: 1️⃣ Place your fingertips along both sides of your nose 2️⃣ Press gently and glide up toward your brows 3️⃣ Repeat 5–10 times, using your serum or moisturizer for slip Want the full-face version? Book my Fierce Sculpt lymphatic drainage facial through the link in bio 💆🏾‍♀️ Save this for your nighttime routine and send it to someone who’s always congested 😮‍💨 . . . #facialmassage #sinusrelief #lymphaticdrainage #lymphaticdrainagefacial by @fierceskin__
Skincare myths I’m leaving in summer 🍂 Swipe → ❌ “Retail is just an upsell” ✅ What you do at home between appointments is half your results. Your routine should be built for your skin, not whatever’s trending. ❌ “My skin is fine, I don’t need a facial” ✅ Healthy skin still needs maintenance. Facials aren’t just for fixing problems; they’re how you keep good skin good. ❌ “I don’t need SPF once summer’s over” ✅ UV rays don’t take the fall off. Cloudy days and cooler weather still mean sun exposure. SPF every. single. day. ☀️ ❌ “Puffiness is just my face shape” ✅ Lymphatic drainage helps depuff and define, and that’s exactly what the Fierce Sculpt facial was made for. 💆🏽‍♀️ Which one did you believe? Be honest 👇 Ready for a routine that actually works for your skin? DM me “ROUTINE” and I’ll build your custom GlyMed+ regimen, or book your Fierce Sculpt through the link in bio ✨ . . . #inwoodny #nycesthetician #estheticiannyc #skincaremyths by @fierceskin__
Your face isn’t puffy… it’s holding. 💆🏾‍♀️ Here’s what’s actually going on 👇 Your lymphatic system is a network of tiny vessels just under your skin. It clears out excess fluid and waste. Unlike your blood, lymph has no heart to pump it. It moves with your breathing, your movement and touch. When it slows down from salt, poor sleep, hormones, stress or sleeping flat, fluid pools in your face. That’s the morning puffiness, the heavy eyes and the softer jawline. Lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic strokes to move that fluid toward the lymph nodes in your neck and collarbone, where your body can process it. The pressure is gentle on purpose, because those vessels sit right below the surface. So why can it feel emotional? Slow, steady touch shifts your nervous system into rest-and-digest mode. Your jaw unclenches, your breathing deepens, and sometimes tension you didn’t know you were carrying comes up with it. That’s completely normal. 🤍 What you’ll notice after: ✨ Less puffiness ✨ A more defined jaw and cheekbones ✨ Brighter, more rested-looking skin Results build with regular sessions, so think monthly, not one-and-done. This is the Fierce Sculpt facial. Book through the link in bio. 📍 Inwood, NYC #lymphaticdrainage #lymphaticdrainagefacial #facialmassage by @fierceskin__
Esthetician find of the year 🖤 This Hulken bag dupe holds every towel, sheet and linen from a full day of facials… and apparently a tiny assistant too 😂 It folds flat, rolls everywhere, and saves my back on laundry day. Every esthetician needs one. Comment “BAG” and I’ll tell you where to find it 🛒 . . . #estheticianlife #hulkenbag #hulkenbagdupe #estheticianfinds by @fierceskin__
“Is the oil from Fierce Sculpt going to clog my pores?” 🤔 We get this question a lot, and it’s exactly why we chose squalene oil for our Fierce Sculpt lymphatic drainage facial. ✨ Lightweight and skin-friendly ✨ Gives the perfect slip for sculpting and drainage, without the heavy, greasy feel ✨ A great option if you’re sensitive to or avoid certain oils, like nut-derived ones ✨ Supports your skin barrier, locks in hydration and reduces moisture loss It’s not just any facial oil. Everything we use is chosen to be gentle, lightweight and effective while we sculpt and drain. 🖤 Ready to feel it for yourself? Just 2 treatments + the right homecare 👏🏽✨ This client came in for our Acne Boot Camp with acne-prone, sensitive skin. Sensitive skin can’t be treated with a one-size-fits-all approach, so we built her plan around what HER skin needed and adjusted as it responded. Her treatment plan: 1️⃣ @facerealityskincare Enzyme Treatment 2️⃣ @facerealityskincare Clear Skin Peel 1, adjusted after seeing how her skin responded to the first visit 3️⃣ @glymedplus 15% TCA Professional Pigment Lift 📸 This after photo was taken at her 3rd visit, so what you’re seeing is her progress after just TWO treatments! Her homecare routine: 🧴 @krxaesthetics Cica Cleanser 💧 @glymedplus Fulvic Elixir 🤍 @glymedplus Comfort Cream 🌿 @glymedplus CBD Mist ☀️ Daily SPF (non-negotiable!) The results: fewer active breakouts, less redness, and overall healthier, calmer skin 🙌🏽 Treatments get you started, but what you do at home between visits is what keeps the progress going. That’s why every Acne Boot Camp client leaves with a routine made for their skin. Ever heard of a buccal massage? 👀 We work your cheeks from the inside and the outside to reach the muscles that hold onto stress, clenching and tension. ✨ It releases jaw and cheek tension ✨ It helps depuff ✨ Your cheeks and jawline look more sculpted ✨ It gives you a post-facial glow There are no needles and no downtime. Pair it with Fierce Sculpt for the ultimate depuff and sculpt 🖤 🎃 Through Nov 2nd, new clients get 15% off and current clients get 10% off. . . . #buccalmassage #jawtension #facialsculpting #lymphaticdrainage by @fierceskin__
My top 3 treatments as a licensed esthetician of 5 years 👇🏽 1️⃣ Dermaplaning No, it’s not the same as shaving your face at home with a pharmacy eyebrow razor. Done professionally, it removes dead skin buildup and peach fuzz, so your skin looks and feels so much smoother. Bonus: it pairs perfectly with other treatments… 2️⃣ Chemical peels A peel doesn’t automatically mean a week of peeling! There are so many types and strengths. Depending on the peel, we can work on texture, hyperpigmentation, breakouts, hydration and overall skin tone. 3️⃣ Microneedling It’s not one-and-done. For acne scarring, texture or fine lines, we’re usually talking about a series. We create controlled micro-injuries to stimulate your skin’s natural collagen production, and that takes time. Want a part 2? Drop a 🙋🏽‍♀️ in the comments and I’ll make it happen. Not sure which treatment is right for you? DM us and I’ll point you in the right direction 💬 . . . #dermaplaning #chemicalpeel #microneedling #licensedesthetician #nycesthetician by @fierceskin__
