I don't know if I was loud enough for you to hear me scream "I love you Sully."

Soo I'm posting it here in hopes you see it.

You see, I've been rocking with @godsmack for 28 years. Through my chaotic teenage home life. Through the loss of my parents. Through the hell that was my first marriage that nearly ended me.

Through everything - depression, anxiety, dark thoughts - all of it, your music saved me. If I can make a song reference, because of you I'm alive.

I do love you, Sully. With my whole, healed heart. And I'm standing here today because of you.

Not gonna lie, I'm a little bit "scared" to post this. But I am.

I must admit, I'm a new Blockhead, even though I'm 42 but better late than never? Anyway, not the point.

Because I like to deep dive, I've also been deep diving @dannywoodofficial solo music, which of course led me to the album Stronger: Remember Betty. And as I was listening, I got this image in my mind. The pink ribbon 🩷 and the rose around it.

I'm not the best artist, but sometimes stuff comes to me and I have to put it to paper.

Anyway, I hope it's okay 🫶🏻

When he first stepped into a ring, do you think he knew how important his character would become? When he first set his feet on the path of his dreams, did he know how many would follow their own because of him? When he became the one who made others feel welcomed and accepted, the one who held a hand out and lifted others up, made every person around him smile just by smiling himself, ignited an entire fandom with a light so bright it will never dim- did he understand just how special he was? He was more than just a wrestler. More than a character who entertained millions. He was the encourager, the mentor. The hugger. He touched so many lives just because of the beauty that was his smile. He spoke with passion and heart every time he opened his mouth. He gave every bit of himself to the industry that built him. Did he know, when he said he wished to leave a legacy, how powerful that legacy would be? Most importantly, did he know just how much he was loved? He genuinely poured out his heart when he told us we saved him. Do you think he knew he saved us, too?

Rest easy, Windham. I hope you knew ❤️⭕️

Dearest @rob_paulsen you were such a delight to meet! It was so much fun getting to give you the Raphael bracelet. My favorite thing was giving you the Pinky bracelet and telling you I'll be your Brain.

TMNT, Animaniacs, and Pinky & the Brain were always some of my most favorite shows to watch. I count it a joy that we got to connect with you and laugh with you.

Today was a memory I'll treasure and I hope we get to meet you again soon.

🎉101 days🎉

This is a really big deal for me.

When I got saved last September (1 year & 4 days ago to be exact) I said I wanted to read the Bible through in a year.

I've said this before. Started other plans and abandoned them, whether from lack of understanding, lack of commitment, or a little of both.

But when God saves you, the desire to know Him more intimately strengthens. The Bible says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17).

If we want to know God, we have an entire book that shows us who He is, how He wants us to live, and how He loves us. Right from the very beginning.

I started the Bible Recap with @taraleighcobble in December 2025. Sure there's been days I've missed. There's been times I've listened to multiple days at a time, not to rush through it but because I couldn't get enough!

But that 101 days? That's huge! I look back at what I've read/studied and I'm amazed. (I mean, I made it through Leviticus! That was a journey in and of itself 😂)

But one thing I have learned is that the difference between knowing about God and deeply *knowing* God is prayer and a deep connection with His word.

This experience has been one of learning, growth, and immense joy.

And as Tara reminds us every day, He's where the joy is.

Never thought I'd need to block someone over them hating an artist I admire so much.

Ed Sheeran's music genuinely got me through some of the darkest nights of my life several years ago and while I obviously don't know the man in person, I have a deep respect for him.
