Do you remember when you used to believe? Believe in magic and fairies and infinity?

You must remember.

Look at the state of the world and ask yourself:

Why the hell am I in this damn box?

There’s no point to hiding your fire anymore. There’s no point in ignoring gut feelings. The world needs you. Our children need you.

If you need a nudge I got u. I’ve been exactly where you are. Let’s activate your imagination and inner child and crack you open so wide open your consciousness can’t help but e x p a n d. 🌞

Women: it’s time to rise into your power. It’s time to remember how powerful we’ve always been.

We need to awaken from this thousand-year slumber where the patriarchy made us debilitatingly reliant on men because it built a society in which women until very, very recently had no rights. We need to use our rage to bring the world back into alignment.

This isn’t about a spiritual awakening to manifest your dream life. It’s about becoming the warrioress that our female ancestors were, so that we can prepare for what’s coming.

So that we can rise into a power that brings love for all beings and the natural world back into the collective.

Remember your power
Awaken to your resilience

It’s almost like society is designed to suppress and erase women? 🤔

It’s almost like men get credit for the magic built on the backs of women? 😐

At the minimum, we should be borrowing from Latin American culture, where some countries hyphen the surnames of mom & dad. Even then though, the father’s name is the anchor. 🤷‍♀️

Let’s also add in the undue burden and workload women take on once the baby is earthside. Free labor for society excused as a “labor of love.” And they can’t even bother to throw our name into the ring.

I know it’s “just the way it is.” But I want to know why patriarchal lineages were passed down and not matriarchal ones in the first place?

Relax. It’s a hypothetical question.
We all know why.

Welcome to my non-victim coming out party. 🦋

You’re right, there was a time when I felt sorry for myself. A child of divorce at age 5. Victim of SA at age 9. Both parents dead by 26. Abandoned while pregnant.

Yeah, I felt sad about all that for a while. But it’s impossible for me to resonate with a victim mindset anymore because I only see myself now as a warrior. Each of those experiences as initiations 🔥

Initiations for what you ask?
The world is recalibrating.
And I am not afraid.

Throw something at me and I will rise. Tear me down and I will rise. Rip out my heart and I will rise. Nothing can keep me down and that’s what makes my voice and my actions so powerful.

I’m a warrior and an advocate against male contempt towards women. I’m a cheerleader for moms carrying undue burdens everywhere, and single moms carrying it all.

And now I see. my eyes have been opened. there’s people way less fortunate than me going through far more horrific realities. War, child tr@ffickibg, gen0cide from Gaza to Sudan. Free Palestine. Feminicide all around the damn world. Ecocide.

I’ve been on the internet teaching about taking bold action bravely to manifest your dream life and yes, I value that because it’s how I’ve been able to make rainbows out of coal. And I feel part of my calling is to help women remember how powerful they are.

But the planet is grieving and there’s no space for me to sit on the rim of justice anymore. I don’t see myself as the victim. I’m a warrior who has had enough and I now stand as proof of life for the downtrodden, as a fierce beacon for those who don’t have a voice.

Huge fan of single motherhood btw. I didn’t realize there was a subset of culture who viewed single moms with the ick until I became one. I was raised by one and now I am one. I only see single moms as powerhouses.

I would much rather be a single mom than to share a home with an angry man who hates me because of their fragile ego and inability to step up.

Come at me with your hate and judgement. What you are incapable of seeing is how little I care.

All I know is that I dreamed of living in a shack on a beach while other kids I knew dreamt more traditionally.

All I know is that when I went through initiation after initiation (rock bottoms, grief & depression) I would promise myself I would move to the tropics before I considered self-harm. 🌴

Maybe it’s because one of my astrocartography lines runs straight through Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, right around where I live today. 🌌

Or how when I was living in Hoboken, NJ, fresh in my fancy corporate career, I had the sharp realization that I was not in the right place. Like my soul knew it had places still to go before it was ready to land. 🧳

Something about all of that makes me feel that I was called here. Into this big little life in the tropics.

Maybe to finally heal myself so I could help others do the same. Or to show others that there’s so much beyond-your-wild-imagination available to you in life if you allow yourself to dream, & courageously move in that direction even when you don’t have proof it’ll work.

So here we are, riding horses bareback & watching the Pacific swallow the sun. Building a big little business & watching giant turtles mate. Seeing my son light up at monkeys and drink coconut water right off the tree. 🥥

I’ve been realizing the last month or so that I’m…happy.
The kind of happy where you feel settled and sure.

A happiness that past versions of me wished upon stars for, prayed through tears for, and yearned for through every risk and failure, misstep, recalculation and rebirth.

My soul doesn’t feel a need to run and chase anymore. If it could crawl out of me like Peter Pan’s shadow, I think I would see it relaxing on a lounger with incense blowing in the tropical breeze sipping a piña colada.

How nice that is. 🌀

I’m getting ready to launch the next iteration of Leap Into Possibility! We’re going deeper than the 4-week challenge and adding weekly live calls that will hold space for sharing, activation and play.

It’ll be an expansive and creative six weeks. Community will play a central role.

To the woman standing at the threshold: 🪞

You can feel that you’ve outgrown your old life. Your wings dare to shred the chrysalis that has held you through another becoming and you are deeply craving to take flight. 🦋

I’ve stood where you are.

In the grief of the versions of me who had to die so I could survive
In the endings
The uncertainty
The very bottom of situations I thought would break me.

And somehow, all of those experiences became raw material. The clay molded into the woman you see today: a single mom who did it, learned new languages, showed her son the world and that alternative dreams are achievable when you’re brave enough to step off the predefined trajectory.

Even though the uncertainty.
Even through the lonely weeks.

I alchemized grief into wisdom.
Endings into beginnings.
Question marks into unshakable self-trust.
Rock bottoms into a foundation, in which my highest potential now spouts out.

If you’re standing at your own threshold right now, know this:

I see you. ✨
I’m cheering you on.
And I’m here to help you find the courage to walk through it.

Maybe you’re not lost. Maybe your frequency is finally tuned to the invitation. 🌀

Even as you grieve the closing of an old door, the new one is already open. You don’t need to know exactly what’s on the other side.

You just have to be willing to step through it. 💥

I’m looking for five more women standing wide-eyed at the threshold —ready and certain enough in themselves and the liminal space of the unknown to say yes— to step through a carefully and creatively curated portal into the next level of their becoming.

Life lately among swaying palms and hammocks and tree swings 🦋 just our little family of 4 (including Harvey the dog and Lou the cat) in our tranquil little life on the pacific shores of Costa Rica.

Tranquilo except for the moto I guess 🤭

Getting back to myself after a whirlwind few months hitting tree after tree. One thing I never forget though, is to believe in possibility.

To say “ok universe, this is hard, this is unaligned, but show me how good it can get.” 🌀

So, I go into nature. I listen to The Emerald podcast. I feel the sand between my toes & tell my neighbor, the Great Pacific, hello. 🌊

Then after I reconnect with the simplicity yet wildly beautiful & complex nature of the earth, I dream. 💭

I imagine myself leading retreats, building the dream house on my land on a hill with a little ocean view. I dream of all the places my son & I will travel. I dream of how my shop and online business will expand & about my poetry book, which I’ll sell & give away because I know it will help people. I do this viscerally in my imagination, paint it & smell it as though it’s real.

Because the universe can only deliver what you are programming it clearly. That means that even the negative thoughts, the limiting beliefs, can be programmed into your future if you’re letting them run free in your mind. The mirror will boomerang those beliefs until they’re delivered to you in actual reality, stunting your growth and making you wonder why.

As I reconnect to myself, nature and dreaming, after months of being pulled away from it due to summer-break moming, relationships that kept me treading water, and putting all my energy into a tourist-reliant biz navigating its first low season, I’m remembering who I am all over again.

As I get back into a habit of moving my body every morning & meditating to the sound of waves, I will feel anchored enough at my base to expand: upward & outward, beyond the confines of my current imagination. ✨

And so, throughout October, I invite you to dream with me. The second cohort of Leap Into Possibility, a live container of visceral visualizations, introspective poetry, and expanding your dreams beyond your current perception of possibility, will take place Monday, Sept. 28 through Sunday October 25.
