I’ve been expanding my practice beyond the Reformer, diving deeper into Classical and Contemporary Pilates. I’m learning the full system across the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, and Spine Corrector. It’s been such a beautiful journey of understanding how every piece connects. Blending classical precision with contemporary flow has completely transformed the way I teach and move. 🤍
