A few industries later, and I’m still enjoying the journey.

I didn’t set out to become a Product Manager.

My foundation was in Educational Technology; instructional design, multimedia applications, and how people learn. I thought my path would stay strictly within academics and training.

But life had other plans.

Along the way, I found myself working across very different sectors; automobile, logistics, finance, and telecom. Each transition stretched me in unexpected ways: understanding users, simplifying processes, building systems, and solving problems in environments that were constantly changing.

Somewhere within those experiences, I began paying closer attention to product teams. I became curious about how technology decisions were made, how customer pain points became product requirements, and how cross-functional teams turned ideas into real solutions.

The more I saw, the more it felt familiar, like all the principles I learned in Educational Technology were quietly preparing me for this space:
understanding people, designing experiences, and building tools that make work and life easier.

So I leaned in.
I started learning, reading, shadowing, asking questions, and taking on tasks that weren’t originally mine. I didn’t know it then, but those small decisions would eventually shape everything.

One opportunity opened the door to another.
And today, I get to build and manage products used by thousands of travelers across 150+ countries blending technology, human behavior, and global operations every single day.

I’m still learning.
Still evolving.
Still enjoying the journey. by @fift_ary

We often wait for the big breakthrough, the massive success, or the “aha” moment to feel accomplished.

I used to think that impact had to be grand and visible; launching a major project, hitting a huge target, or getting public recognition. But over time, I realized that real progress often hides in tiny, consistent wins.

For example, a small workflow improvement that saves the team an hour each week. Or sending a simple note to acknowledge someone’s effort. Or tweaking a process that prevents repeated mistakes. Each of these feels small on its own, but when compounded over weeks and months, they create momentum that no single big project could achieve.

The lesson? Don’t underestimate the quiet victories. They build trust, improve efficiency, and pave the way for bigger breakthroughs.

What’s one small win you achieved recently that made a bigger difference than you expected? by @fift_ary

Today, I learned a powerful lesson about ambition.

I was asked by my MD to draft our Q2 2025 budget and expenses. After careful consideration, I submitted a modest projection one that felt safe and realistic. But his response surprised me: “This is way too low.”

At first, I thought twice as I didn’t want to overpromise or draft figures that felt out of reach. But after reflecting on it, I realized something deeper: There’s absolutely nothing wrong with thinking bigger.

Dreaming big isn’t just about numbers. It’s about vision. Setting bold goals doesn’t mean being unrealistic, it means being willing to stretch, to grow, and to work relentlessly toward outcomes that matter.
Comfort zones are just that: comfortable. But no real progress ever lives there.

Whether it’s budgets, career goals, or personal growth, I’ve learned that it’s better to dream big and adjust the plan, than to shrink your ambition to match a perceived limit.

Here’s to thinking bigger, aiming higher, and putting in the work to get there.

Data entry isn’t just typing; it’s about accuracy, efficiency, and ensuring the integrity of your data. I’ve worked on projects involving online research, invoicing, and complex data conversions. Here’s one tip that works: Always double-check for consistency, small errors can cost big.

What strategies do you use to maintain accuracy in your work? by @fift_ary

Today marks my first birthday without my mom, the one who always reached out first, with her warm wishes and endless love. It's hard to imagine celebrating without her voice being the first I hear.

This year, I ask for no pictures or fanfare. Instead, if you would, please say a prayer for my mom. My heart is still learning how to cope with her absence. Say a word of blessing and love, that she may rest well, knowing how much she meant to us.

Thank you by @fift_ary
