This footage was taken at the very first training session with Christof Krutzler. At that point I didn’t know whether he can do a single punch or do a whole fight, so I made up the choreography on spot based on what I saw.
In the new NETFLIX show CROOKS his character “Josef” has the most fights and I was very happy with the result of our little training, because it meant that we will have lotsa fun creating his fights.

Big thanks to Billy (@blybuf) and Bruno who helped me with their ideas and performences, to Christof (@der_krutzler), who made my job easy and to Buff Connection (@buffconnection), who booked me as stunt coordinator and fight choreographer for this show.

Check out CROOKS and stay tuned for more clips this project.

PreVis, Fight Concept montage for the 2nd season of LASKO. Done in 2010 (or 2009.. I don’t remember). I did most of the previs and some of the choreography.
As the schedule was very tight most of the stuntguys put in lotsa ideas and from those ideas we created the choreography.
If I forget to tag somebody, please do it yourself in the replies and/ or send me a message.

In early 2021 I was asked to create three concept videos for the SKY show “Then You Run”, which was in pre-production at this point.
I agreed and was very happy to go into filmmaker mode and combine it with fight choreography.

The main challange was to create a scene in which most people were afraid, confused and shocked by somebody who starts killing everybody with a knife.
What you see are ideas of all of us, I m credited as choreographer, because I made the final decisions what to do, but not because I came up with everything.

Because of this concept videos and their reputation @buffconnection got the show and I worked as fight choreographer and stunt coordinator on it.
The car stunts were coordinated by Volkhart Buff and Billy Buff also worked as coordinator, when I was not available, because of another project.

THEN YOU RUN was released on @skytv last friday.

This was for the german amazon prime show “Der Greif”.

@blybuf / @buffuniverse_stunts booked me to show @zoranpingel some “mop fighting” and to support him on set for this very scene.
We had three training sessions. It was a lot of fun to teach him and also to talk about his character,
because “kid from the 80s who watches kung fu flix” is something I could easily relate to.
