POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Hi!! My name is Grace, and I live with endometriosis.
An incurable disease. A daily battle.
And still — a good God.
This page is about advocacy, education, and hope. About using my voice for women who are still searching for answers and learning to trust their bodies again. I plan to post the not so “highlight reel” of my life!
We are not weak. We are not dramatic.
We are living proof. 🎗️#endowarrior #EndometriosisAwareness #EndoIsReal #EndoAdvocate #ChronicIllness by @fightingendowithgrace

Thank you Jesus for waking me up for another year, breathing Your air.
A lot of you have asked how I’ve been—I’m not the best at keeping up. Tomorrow marks 5 weeks post-op, and I feel good. I still have days where the pain is heavy, but I truly believe every day is progress.
This disease is like weeds growing through concrete. They don’t belong there, they cause damage over time, and pulling one doesn’t mean the problem is gone.
I’ve been moving my body so much more—and I love it. Before, even small movement would leave me bedridden for days. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Love it. Nourish it. Be gentle with it. Be gentle with yourself. Eat well.

TW ⚠️ vulnerable & long
I’m in NYC. A place I never thought I’d make it to. A place I didn’t think was possible. A trip I didn’t believe my body was capable of.
That’s because I live with one of the most painful chronic illnesses: endometriosis.
In 2024, my family and I went to the Smoky Mountains—worst trip ever. I was in constant pain. Car sickness. Deep, relentless discomfort. A vacation spent surviving instead of enjoying. I smiled. I pushed through. Because when your body lives in fight-or-flight, that’s what you learn to do.
“Just deal with it.”
“I guess I’ll take another muscle relaxer.”
“Wait—can I have ibuprofen?”
And don’t get it twisted—I knew what it was. It was endo. I was already diagnosed. I just hadn’t figured out how to manage it. What I was doing wasn’t working. And the truth is, what doctors say should work doesn’t work for everyone. For me? Medicine and I are not friends. My body reacts badly to almost everything. What works, works. What doesn’t—I don’t touch.

Now here’s the sticky part.
I’m in NYC today because I planned this trip.
What I didn’t plan was my December 18 surgery.
This is endometriosis.
This is chronic illness.
Life doesn’t pause so your body can catch up.
I’ll be honest—I was scared shitless. Walking around NYC after living in constant pain? After surgery? During recovery? Terrifying. I prayed God would heal my body—and He did, and He continues to.
Recovery was harder than the last one. Or maybe I was weaker. Either way, it was rough. This verse carried me through when my body couldn’t:
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
— Romans 8:28 NIV

Before my diagnosis, I sat in the ER trying to rate my pain on a scale of 1–10. I wanted to say 10, but I hesitated—what if it could get worse? It did. There were no words for what my body was enduring. Suffering was normalized. This is what happens when women’s pain is normalized and dismissed. Being “strong” is not the goal—being believed is. Listen to women. Believe women. #endowarrior #chronicillnessawareness #chronicillness #endosurgery by @fightingendowithgrace

Thursday I had my 3rd surgery for this disease, and it never gets easier. I will never stop fighting for #endometriosis or the women who come after me. God is so good because none of my endo was back! I have to believe that was Jesus 100%! My last 2 surgeries were 2022, finding it everywhere. I can’t thank my surgeons enough and my support system. I would not be where I am today without Jesus! #ouhealthsciences #chronicilnesswarrior #endofoundofamerica taken in Oklahoma Medical Center by @fightingendowithgrace
