When you talk big and make promises before a fight, you can’t quit when it’s time to prove yourself. Too many fighters nowadays give up when things get tough. I’ve always told everyone around me: no matter what happens, never give up. Show character, fight through the pain, and leave everything in that ring.

In my fight, I showed exactly that character. I’m proud that I never gave up, and even more grateful that I’ve heard the same thing from so many people afterwards. That means a lot to me. No matter what the outcome is, I’ll always be a fighter who keeps going until the very end.

THE COMEBACK WILL BE GREAT!

A lot has happened these past few weeks.

During my last fight, I dislocated my shoulder and tore my labrum after a fall. After further examinations, surgery was the best option, and I’ve now had my Latarjet operation.

The fight is over, but the work continues. Now it’s time to focus on recovery, rebuilding my shoulder and coming back stronger than ever.

I’m young, hungry and far from finished. This is just another chapter in the journey.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this. I’ll be back — and you’ll see me in the ring again soon. 🥊
