I work with capable women who are done over-functioning in their relationships and their lives.

If you’re tired of negotiating with yourself and calling it maturity, you’re exactly who this is for. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

I’m 49.
Corporate.
Single parent.
I built this work from lived experience — not theory.

I don’t sell hype.
I don’t sell quick fixes.
I don’t sell personality shifts.
I sell integration.

If you’re tired of handling everything and settling for “fine,” stop negotiating with yourself. We’re not going to analyze it forever. We’re going to interrupt the pattern and change how you operate.

Six months.
Weekly calls.
Real reps.

Book a Call. Let’s get clear. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

You are not on a date to perform well enough to be chosen.

Before you analyze whether he liked you, ask whether you enjoyed yourself, felt respected and want more of what he’s offering.

Being wanted isn’t the only information that matters. You get a vote too. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

Your brain keeps permanent records of your mistakes and deletes your accomplishments like spam.

Before you rush toward the next thing, look at what you’ve already handled.

Those aren’t cute little wins. They’re evidence that you can trust yourself with what comes next. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

Sometimes “easygoing” means flexible.

Sometimes it means you’ve learned to need so little that nobody can ever call you difficult.

People cannot consider preferences you keep pretending you don’t have. Start small. Pick the damn restaurant. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

If peace makes you suspicious, your brain may be trying to find the fuckery before it can find you.

But looking for a disaster doesn’t prevent one. Sometimes it only makes you emotionally live through something that never happens.

Nothing is wrong right now. You are allowed to let that be the entire story. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

First of the month check-in: what did you mean to keep doing, then quietly stop?

I’ve done it. Most of us have. The part that gets expensive is deciding the gap means something about who you are.

Pick one thing back up today. Not the entire plan. The next move you can actually make.

And yes, it counts even if you started, stopped, and are starting again. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

That awful little drop in your stomach after you say no? I know how quickly it can make you question an answer you felt sure about five minutes earlier.

Sometimes new information does change a decision. But someone being disappointed isn’t automatically new information about what you can afford, what you have time for, or what you want.

Before you walk your answer back, ask: What actually changed? by @figuringitoutwithrachel

Well, shit… I’m still in! 🙌🏻🎙️

If you’ve ever listened to my podcast, watched a reel, or thought, “She just said what I was thinking”—I’d love your vote for Top Host.

Already voted? Thank you! And yes, I’m asking you to keep that shit going. 😂💛

I’m excited to see how far we can take this. Thank you for being part of it.

I used to replay conversations because I was mad at myself for not speaking up. Half the time, I didn’t realize I’d swallowed my opinion until I was out of the room.

I don’t think every conversation needs a brilliant response on the spot. Sometimes “I need a minute” is enough to keep you from agreeing to something you don’t actually agree with.

That counts as speaking up, too. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

I have made decisions I wish I could go back and change. I’m guessing you have too.

Look at what happened. Own your part. Make whatever correction you can make.

Then notice when you’ve stopped learning and started putting yourself on trial. A decision you regret can teach you something without becoming proof that you can’t trust yourself with your life.

Girl, get up. You’re still in it.

CTA: Save this for the day you’re tempted to turn a mistake into your entire identity. by @figuringitoutwithrachel

Dependability is a beautiful quality.

Believing you must always be useful to deserve your place in someone’s life is exhausting.

You are allowed to want relationships where your presence matters—even when you aren’t solving, fixing, providing or carrying.

Being needed can feel validating.

Being valued feels different.

If you have a fucking résumé proving you can handle life but you’re tired of earning your value through what you do for everybody else, send me a message. by @figuringitoutwithrachel
