POSTS STORIES REELS

The 24 hours after the interview are free real estate most candidates waste 👇

Send the thank-you email: thanks + one specific topic + your fit, in five lines or less.

The interview is a two-way street — your questions close the deal 👇

1. What does success look like in the first 90 days?
2. Why is this role open?
3. What do you enjoy most about working here?

📌 Save these three.

On video, your setup speaks before you do 👇

Camera at eye level. Light in front. Plain background. Tested mic.

📌 Save this before your next video interview.

Interview confidence is built the night before, not in the waiting room 👇

✅ Job posting re-read
✅ 2 STAR stories ready
✅ Résumé printed (×2)
✅ Route planned
✅ Outfit laid out

📌 Save this checklist — you'll need it the night before.

You can't redo a first impression. Before the questions even start 👇

Posture up. Eye contact. Smile first. Phone invisible.

📌 Save this checklist for interview morning.

Being laid off or fired is not the red flag — how you talk about it is. Brief, honest, forward 👇

Fact → lesson → what you've done since. Thirty seconds, then move on.

📌 Save this for the question you're dreading.

The 5-year question is really a loyalty test. Show ambition that grows WITH the company 👇

Skills you'll master → problems you'll own → people you'll help.

📌 Save this answer structure.

Whoever names a salary first, loses leverage. If the question comes in the first call, you don't have to dodge — redirect 👇

Ask for the budgeted range. It's professional, calm, and expected.

📌 Save this sentence for your next screening call.

'Why should we hire you?' = 'Can you solve our problem?' Answer with their job posting, not your biography 👇

Their need #1 → your proof. Need #2 → your proof. Need #3 → your proof.

📌 Save this formula.

Every 'Tell me about a time when…' question is scored the same way. STAR is how you hit every point 👇

Situation → Task → Action → Result (with numbers!)

Write two STAR stories before your next interview and you're ahead of most candidates. 📌 Save this.

The 'biggest weakness' question is a trap — but not for the reason you think. Interviewers don't want perfection, they want proof you can grow. Steal this structure 👇

Weakness → what you're doing about it → proof it's working.

📌 Save this for your next interview.
