🌍 INTRODUCING SBW GROUP.

I’m excited to announce that, together with Tekle Vanishvili, I’m launching SBW Group.

SBW stands for “Services for the Better World” — a name that reflects the vision behind what we are building.

A new company. A new challenge. A shared vision.

SBW Group is being created with one clear goal: to give companies access to talented professionals from around the world while reducing costs, removing geographical barriers, and simplifying workforce management.

We will recruit and select international professionals and connect them with companies looking to build or expand their teams entirely remotely.

From recruitment and candidate selection to contracts, administration, payroll and ongoing workforce management, SBW Group will take care of the entire process, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most: growing their business.

💻 Customer Service
📞 Sales & Call Centers
📈 Marketing
🎨 Graphic Design
🌐 Web Development
🧑‍💻 IT & Tech
📋 Back Office & Administration
…and many other professional roles.

One partner. Global talent. More efficient costs. No borders.

Together, we want to make it simple for companies to build international remote teams and find the right talent for the right role, wherever they are in the world.

This is just the beginning.

Welcome to SBW Group — Services for the Better World. 🌍🚀 taken in Worldwide by @filip.donati

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ FULL IRONMAN FINISHER IN 4 MESI, PARTENDO DA ZERO. 🏅

226 km — 13:57:48 ⏱️

Da zero a Full Ironman Finisher in 4 mesi.

Ora vediamo quale sarà il prossimo obiettivo. 🔥

Milano Marathon 2026 — prima maratona portata a termine! 🏁
