What are we teaching this new generation? We love to run our mouth about how they love to take shortcuts yet we’re shoving the Shortcuts right in their fucking face. When did gym culture become junkie culture. #bodybuilding #crisis #stopthenonsense #disgusting #classic by @filius___dei

The cool thing about high schoolers is I keep getting older and they stay the same age. #80s #trend #likefatherlikeson #missyoudad #nerd by @filius___dei

Haven’t posted gym content in a long time. Mostly due the fact that I don’t give a shit about likes or the industry for that matter. This shit isn’t real. The shit I’ve gone through physically is real. The mental battle that followed was real. I won’t go in to details. I’m not explaining myself. We all have a story and no one gives a shit. People want the finished product. Whether that’s watching you win or fail. I can assure you most people want to see you fail, because it validates themselves to themselves in the most pathetic way possible.

Im grateful to be back in the gym mentally and physically. Natty 215 lb 39 year old man that’s not done yet. There are some “pros” that shouldn’t be pros that I want to beat again. I’m doing this for me. Wearing their ass out again is just part of my story.

I’ve spoken with quite a few people in the end of 2025 that were mentally destroying themselves for not meeting their own expectations they had set for the year. Holding yourself accountable is needed. Being so hard on yourself when you’re already down isn’t going to improve a damn thing. It’s ok to fall short on your goals. It only means you weren’t prepared for it yet. Christs plan is always greater than ours and his timing is always perfect. If all you did this year was spin your wheels because life does happen, but still got up everyday and kept going then you’re not a failure. You’re still learning. Thats part of the plan. Be proud of yourself. #mentalhealth #health #fitness #bodybuilding #loveyourself by @filius___dei

First time I’ve been hunting in over 10 years. I didn’t know how bad I needed this. Had an amazing time with some amazing people. Big shout out to SRS and Certainteed for putting this together for us. 2025 was a good year all storms considered. 2026 is going to be an even bigger year. I will have a couple more million dollar writers in this pic with me next year. #roofing #texasroofing #birdhunt #team #teambuilding #growth taken in 10-2-4 Ranch by @filius___dei

Been taking @eminentnutrition that I got from my sponsor @undergroundsportsnutrition for about a week and loving it! 5 weeks out! Time to dig deep! People talk about how bad they want it! The physique tells the truth.

Just a man and his best friend sending morning checkins to @stephenjmass outta bed.

Transparency: let the week get to me and my sleep is trash and so is my water. Gotta check all the boxes to know my true look. Easy fix. Keep rolling. Not bad for an old man. 7 weeks 2 days. #classic #bodybuilding #pose #checkin #lift #classicphysique #conditioning #quads #flow #flex #physique #foryou #explore taken in Frisco, Texas by @filius___dei
