A proud moment for Film Locos! We’re excited to see our Founder & CEO, Victor Rios, featured in this article, highlighting his journey as a British-Bolivian filmmaker and his work championing Latin American stories and talent in the UK. The feature comes at an especially exciting time for us, as Film Locos has TWO short films taking part in this year’s London Latino Film Festival! 🎉🎥 - Make sure you attend it! Having two of our productions represented at the festival is a special milestone for Film Locos and for our mission to create more space for British Latin American stories, filmmakers and communities on the big screen. Alongside the recent BBC coverage, we’re proud to see the work, the people behind it and our growing community receiving greater recognition. A huge thank you to the London Latino Film Festival, the filmmakers, cast, crew and everyone who has been part of the Film Locos journey. ❤️ Two films. One festival. Our community on the big screen. 🎬 #FilmLocos #LondonLatinoFilmFestival #VictorRios #BritishLatino #BritishBolivian LatinoFilmmakers LatinAmericanCinema UKFilm RepresentationMatters BBC by @filmlocos

Big love to our lovely loco friend @hiszczynski_igor 💜 The Significant One, one of our films at @filmlocos, was selected for @citylightsff this year! ✨ Written by and starring Igor, it’s a story we’re proud to share. With the fantastic DOP @jannisnewiadomsky And amazing colour grading by @romainkedochim A man hides under his girlfriend’s bed, desperate to discover what happens when he’s away. But beneath the bed, two unexpected figures feed his fears, and his imagination begins to spiral… 👀 We’re so happy to celebrate Igor and see one of our films reach the festival screen.
