Giró Ros Ch.4 — The promise of the harvest. 🍇
This is what the last weeks of spring looked like at Finca Biniagual.
In Matthieu’s hands, a future bunch of Giró Ros is already taking shape, just before flowering.
Large, loose and generous, it reveals the character of this native variety and reminds us that the 2026 harvest is getting closer.
We await it with patience, care and excitement.

So sahen die letzten Frühlingswochen auf der Finca Biniagual aus.
In Matthieus Händen nimmt bereits eine zukünftige Traube Giró Ros Gestalt an, kurz vor der Blüte.
Groß, locker und großzügig zeigt sie den Charakter dieser autochthonen Rebsorte und erinnert uns daran, dass die Ernte 2026 näher rückt.
Wir erwarten sie mit Geduld, Sorgfalt und Vorfreude.

Así se veían las últimas semanas de primavera en Finca Biniagual.
En las manos de Matthieu, un futuro racimo de Giró Ros empieza a tomar forma, justo antes de la floración.
Grande, suelto y generoso, muestra el carácter de esta variedad autóctona y nos recuerda que la vendimia 2026 está cada vez más cerca.
